Third POV
"P-please stop t-this," the long violet haired waitress begged as one of the customers started touching her butt. "Come on miss, I'm just having a little bit of fun here," The customer said to her with a lecherous gaze.
She closed her eyes and bit her lip to prevent her sobs from being heard. She waited for him to touch her again but nothing happened so she took a peek to find a cloaked figure pointing his katana at the sexual harasser.
The edge of the sword was very close to the customer's throat and all he could do was nervously gulp. "Go," the cloaked figure said to the girl. She bowed her head slightly and hurried away.
The figure sheathed his katana and commanded the customer to immediately leave so he did in fear of having his head cut off.
The waitress whom he had saved walked up to him and thanked him gratefully. His hood suddenly dropped down to reveal his long silver hair and bird-shaped mask, she blushed at the sight of him despite having his face covered.
"T-thank you very much for saving me sir," she stuttered while looking away. The man looked to the side for a split second and saw he manager holding a broken glass, her finger got sliced accidentally and blood oozed out. His pupils suddenly dilated as he felt his second personality slowly surfacing.
The waitress felt a change in the air around him and looked up to find the man bending his head at her, his lips touching her ear.
"See you later," he whispered cunningly. "Kaguya-hime." Her breath hitched and her eyes widened in surprise, this man knew who she was!
The masked man pulled his hood up and left the inn in one swift movement. He walked into an alley and entered it; his body becoming one with the shadows just like how he was called in the Bingo books, "Kage no Tori".
This man was Hatake Yosuzume, an ANBU-ranked ninja from Kirigakure no Sato. He was known for being as graceful as a bird but hidden like a shadow in darkness. He was quite a dangerous man. However, despite having that title, his real name was not written in the Bingo books and his appearance was very different.
His task now was to capture Yukimura Kaguya, the princess of the Hidden Village in the Jade. She was the woman who he just saved. She was a waitress in disguise. He had to get her out of this village though, this wasn't any ordinary village.
It was known as the Dream Village where no outsider has been known to be able to escape through ordinary means. Right now, the princess is ignorant of the fact that her spirit is trapped in a dream. Her real body lies in the ruins of this very village.
It was a likely fact that now that he has revealed his identity as someone going to capture her, she was planning to escape but it won't be possible for her. She will be killed before she can even attempt to leave.

Kaguya's POV
Oh no! I need to leave immediately! I thought as my shift ended. That man is going to bring me back to my cursed village!
I ran back to my home and locked the doors. Then I started preparing the things I would need for my travel. Most likely, I would not be able to come back here ever again.
A hand was suddenly over my mouth and I turned my head to find the same man who saved me before. "Don't move," he whispered. "You're going to get killed."
I bit his hand and he let go. "I need to leave! I won't have you stopping me between me and my freedom!" I yelled before grabbing my things and escaping through the back door.
I was already in the forest when I met the manager. "Where are you going Ayu?" She asked.
"Madam, I'm being chased by a ninja! I need to escape! Please help me," I begged her. She nodded and told me to follow her.
We were in a clearing and then I saw the other villagers. "What are they doing here?" I asked, suddenly feeling that I was in danger.
The manager turned her head and I saw that her flesh was burnt. I cried out in horror and tried to escape but only to hit another villager with the same burnt flesh.
"Noo!!!! Help me!!! Someone!!!" I cried out as I was being dragged by them.
In a flash, the bodies fell to the ground and I noticed slash marks. I looked up to find a man clad in black with silver eyes. He helped me up and held me close to his chest.
He started jumping at the branches of the trees to avoid the monstrous-looking villagers. Some of them managed to at least come near us but he sliced them without any mercy. "W-who are you?" I asked.
"Have you forgotten me Kaguya-hime?" He asked in such a familiar voice. It was the same man! But why did he look so different?
"I am Hatake Yosuzume. Otherwise known as Kage no Tori." He introduced himself as he sliced through the villagers.
My eyes widened.
We travelled far enough from them and then he laid me down on against the tree. His hand was raised in front of my head and then I saw the shadows around me. I was being devoured by it!
"W-why?!" I demanded but he never answered me and then I was in darkness.

I didn't know how much time passed but it felt like a very long time. I was curled up like a ball and every time I peeked out from my shoulder, all I saw was an empty darkness of space.
All of a sudden, a strong gust of wind blew past me and I opened my eyes, I was no longer surrounded by darkness, but by trees.
I took the inevitable turn to the right and saw the stranger all wounded up. "What happened to you?!" I said as I rushed to his side.
Yosuzume's POV
"I took care of them," I spoke, feeling slightly woozy, "they won't be bothering anyone anytime soon." "Thank you," she said gratefully. "Let me tend to your wounds. I'll just get my medi - " I cut her off.
"Kage no Jutsu: Iyashi Shadō," (A/N: Art of Shadow: Shadow Healing) I murmured and the shadows enveloped my body. I could feel my wounds starting to fade.
The shadows retreated and I stood up slowly with the princess supporting me. My first personality was beginning to surface and my appearance was changing as well.
"H-Huh?!" The princess moved back in surprise.
