Over the past weeks I had developed a crush on Alex. I don't know if she feels the same way. I want to ask her out because sometimes I get a feeling that she feels the same way but sometimes I feel like I'm stuck in the friend zone and maybe it's just way too soon.
"Maybe" She says as she closes her apartment door. I blushed and smiled. She noticed me staring at her which was kind of awkward.
I shuddered with excitement. I know it was a silly thing to get excited over but I really like her. I quickly change out of my sweatshirt and put normal clothes on. I turn my phone on and text Alex.

I see Jett and Nora up and eating.
"Guys I'll be back in a bit. I'm going to Alex's" I say to them grabbing my phone, wallet and keys. I close the door and lock it and step outside. I knock on Alex's door.
Alex:
Grant texted me and I invited him over for pizza. I wasn't really going to order pizza but I still invited him over because I wanted to hang out with him. I quickly got dressed in some plain skinny jeans and a white t~shirt because it would be weird to dress up for pizza :|
I heard a knock on my door. I opened my door and saw Grant. "Hi" I say "Come on in. I was about to call the pizza place"
"Great." He says walking in as I let him in. "I had this idea"
"Ya?" I ask getting my phone.
"We should prank Carlos. We can get the rest of the casts help." he says scrolling through his phone.
'Oh my god!" I squeal. "YAS!"
"Payback for pranking me last month" he says.
"Last week he put whipped cream in my boots and I had to come home with whipped cream in my shoes after work" I say
Grant giggles "That was kinda funny" He says. I roll my eyes and texted my friend from back home. "What should we do though?" I ask.
"I don't know but it has to be something good" He says walking up to me. He leans in and takes my phone from my hand. He was so close to me, I could hear him breathing. I closed my eyes and took a long breath. I tried not to blush but I couldn't help it. He slowly walked a few steps back and dialed the pizza place. I shook my thoughts out of my head. Did I SERIOUSLY think he was gonna KISS me?
"I'm gonna get a large pizza please," he said as he winked at me. I rolled my eyes.
"Ya. What type?"
"Um..Chicken with BBQ sauce."
"Ok, we will be there in 10 minutes"
He hangs up and hands me my phone back. I take it and stuff it in my pocket.
"Wanna watch a movie?" I ask.
"Um sure...which movie?" He asks.
"Uh I don't know." I reply. "Maybe we can call everyone over and watch the new flash episode."
"Yeah...sure" He replies. His shoulders kinda drop. I call Danielle and then merge call everyone in. "Guys you wanna watch the latest episode of the flash at my place?" I ask. "
"Sure! Be there in 10."
Someone knocks on the door. Grant opens the door and lets everyone in. I had ordered another Large pizza since we were having friends over. Everyone sat down and Carlos played the latest episode. The pizza man came after 10 minutes like he magically predicted. Grant offered to pay for the pizza. He took the pizzas and placed it on the table. Everyone got a slice and the episode started playing. It started out with Grant-Barry's intro. "You sound so weird!" I say punching Grant lightly. He chuckles and rolls his eyes. I look up and see Candice staring at us and smirking. I knew exactly what she was thinking.
Grant:
I was a little disappointed when Alex offered inviting the others, I was planning on telling her how I felt about her tonight, but of course I couldn't just say NO.
We were watching the new Flash episode together. After a bit, it came our part. This was the scene where I was supposed to kiss her then tell her I was the Flash. We all watched. I took the last slice of Pizza. I I I leaned in and kissed her soft lips, then took off my bright red mask. I blushed and stared at Alex from the corner of my eyes. I saw that he was blushing too.Carlos hooted and I punched him on the shoulder. "Shut up Carlos!" He just made pouty face and held his shoulder like I seriously injured him. It was the end of the episode. Thank god. I needed an excuse to get away from Carlos. He was gonna blow my "cover" I grabbed the pizza boxes and Candice helped. We walked to the kitchen and stuffed the pizza boxes in the trash. "So...." Candice says with a grin on her face. I knew exactly where this was headed. "Whats going on between you and Alex?" Candice says staring at me with a smirk on her face.
I roll my eyes. "We're just friends..."I reply.
"Uh huh" she says walking back to the cast. I follow her. "C'mom Grant! I know you. Remember, on the show you fell in love with me. I know the way you look at people you like. I see that same look with Alex." She gives me a sideways look.
"There is NOTHING between us!" I said probably too fast.
"Ok, there nothing between you two." She gives me a I-know your-secret smirk and walks back into the TV room. It was obviously not a secret anymore.
"What do you guys wanna do today?" I ask. "We can go to the movies" suggests Alex. "Or.." begins Candice. "We can watch a horror movie here." I smiled and fist bumped Candice. She read my mind.
I'm not one of those brave people who can handle scary movies. I didn't wanna act like a coward in front of Grant, so I reluctantly agreed. I mean, seriously. The last scary movie I've seen was with my jerk ex who broke up with me because I couldn't handle a scary movie. My only focus right now was trying not to start sobbing in the middle of the movie. "Um...i don't have any..." I said, trying to make an excuse.
Grant said, "Ally I have some in my room...should I go get it?" As I flinched at the cute name he called me. I didn't seem to affect him. He was still staring at me.
"Wha-oh. Yeah go ahead." He smirked. When he came back, I looked at the dreadful cover. We were watching SAW! You've gotta be kidding me! From the grim smirk on his face I could tell he was a horror movie person.
"Wow ok" I say trying to hold it together. Grant inserts the movie and everyone takes a seat. He plays the movie and sits next to me on the couch.
After half an hour the scary scenes started coming. We watched and out of nowhere something attacks the main character. I scream and without realizing I was covering my face in Grant's chest. He pats my back and says "It's fine just a movie". I look up and blush "Sorry" I say. I see Candice grinning and Carlos laughing at me. I throw a throw pillow at him and it hits his face. He narrows his eyes at me and throws the pillow back at me. Grant catches it and throws it back at Carlos. Danielle gets really annoyed and grabs the pillow from Carlos and keeps it with her. I giggle and continue watching the movie.
I had made it through the movie!! Although I did scream (but so did everyone else, at least once) and I buried my face in Grant's chest quite a bit without realizing. But he didn't seem to mind. I grab my phone and take a picture and post it on my snapchat story. "Guys I gotta go" Danielle says getting up "I have a photo shoot. Thanks for having us" Danielle grabs her phone and keys and heads out. "I have to meet with some people. See you tomorrow" Candice says. "And Imma go take a nap" Carlos says. They grab their things and walk to the door. They head out. "So....you wanna finally meet the dogs?" Grant asks
