"Guess who!"
"Taehyung, don't sneak up on me like that!" I exclaimed, laughing as I took his hands from my eyes. "What are you doing back here? I'm still working." I asked, wiping my hands on my apron.
"I wanted to surprise you~" He laughed a bit. "Well you definitely accomplished that." I said, poking his side.
"Also, I wanted to see if I could help you until your shift ends?" Taehyung asked. "Really?" I got a little excited, standing on my tip toes. He nodded, still smiling brightly.
"Well you could definitely help with the last few batches of cookies while I decorate. The batter is already made, you just need to put them on the cookie sheets and into the oven." I explained, tossing him an apron.
"Hey, look _y/n_! We are matching." He laughed, pointing to our aprons. "We have a couples outfit finally." He said absentmindedly, turning to the cookies.
But that definitely had me blushing.
"Just...don't burn the cookies!" I huffed, a little flustered before I turned back to focus on the cake.

After a couple of hours, my workday came to an end. Taehyung helped me clean, excited to go on another date. "Where are we going this time?" I asked, looking at the clock to see it was mid-afternoon.
"I thought we could just take a walk." He said, taking my hand in his as we went out the door.
Even though we've been together for a while now, I still got butterflies whenever he held my hand.
I stayed silent, too busy blushing as we walked to the park in a comfortable quiet. We walked around the path for a while, the sunlight shining through the trees.
"When do you have to start working on the cake for my cousin?" Taehyung asked after a while. "Well, you guys came in really early to get the cake, so I still have a lot of time to make it. She's getting married in a month, so I don't have to start it until the week before." I explained, imagining the cake in my head.
"Can I help you with it?" He said, looking over at me as we still walked. Honestly, I was a little surprised. "Yeah, you can help with some stuff if you want." I smiled, happy that he wanted to be involved with the process of it.
We fell into another silence. He started walking slower, eventually stopping. "What's wrong?" I asked, feeling nervous.
"Nothing! I just wanted to ask you something." He said, looking away for a moment. My heart was beating quickly, the blood rushing to my face again.
I don't think my blushing would ever stop with him at this point.
"Do you want to come over to my place for dinner?" He asked. I felt my jaw drop a little, completely caught off guard. "I mean, only if you want to! We always go out to restaurants or the movies for our dates. But, I really wanted to make things more official with us and have you come over-"
"Yes!" I interrupted, seeing him get flustered when I didn't answer right away. "Wait, really? Great!" Taehyung exclaimed, that giant smile going to his face again. "Let's go now." He said, starting to tug on my hand.
I couldn't say or do much besides smile like an idiot again, imagining what his home was like.
"_y/n_," He said, snapping me out of my thoughts as he stopped walking again. "What?" I asked, wondering why he looked so embarrassed.
"...I went the wrong way." He said sheepishly, turning us around to walk in the opposite direction. I just started laughing, seeing the rare sight of Taehyung blushing from embarrassment.
"I was just so happy that you said yes, so I started walking!" He tried to explain. "You make me nervous..." I heard him whisper.
Well that definitely shut me up.
I had no idea he felt that way. Hearing him actually say it, seeing him get flustered as he tried to hide his face while still guiding me, made my heart skip a beat.
I don't think I'd ever get over this puppy love.
