Chapter 12

I was walking to my room when i heard Alex talking to herself and i saw she was stairing at my laptop in shock so me being me i walk up behind her and see America's most wanted on the screen and it had Ben Johnson on the screen. That must be ben i thought to myself. I started reading the page when Alex looked up at me with tears in her eyes, i felt so bad for her. just when she thought she might finally have her past behind her it comes back to fight her, with this life or death situation.

"I'm so sorry Alex." is all i can say before i grab her into a hug and try to comfort her while she cries into my should i try to read the rest of the article about Ben.  It says he is armed and dangerous and her fled to here and he is wanted for many, many different crimes that it is easy to blamed for when your in a gang, And i would know that being the leader.

"Louis." Alex says looking up at me with puffy red eyes.

"Yes beautiful.' I try to cheer her up.

"Thank you." She says and stairs at me. And i stair right back at her, i look from her eyes to her lips. We both Lean in until our lips touch and i immediately feel sparks flying, Just as the kiss starts getting heated she pulls away and looks up at me. "Thank you so much for everything Louis, for being so kind and for  keeping me safe." She tries to smile then looks away.

"You know i will do anything for you." i hug her tight then let go and get up to leave her room. "If you ever need anything just tell me i will be in my room." I smile as i walk back to my room. 

I can't believe i just kissed Alex! I have liked her sense eighth grade when she came here and she was so different then she got detention all the time and got into fights. I always wondered why she acted like she had a point to prove but now knowing why she even came here and how she has had to live so scared and after everything she went threw her parents just shipped her off thinking she would have a better life. I feel really bad she is probably mentally reliving everything she went threw with him i just wish i could help her and maybe if i saved her she would realize how much i care about her and like her and maybe she will feel the same about me. 

Then it hit me if Ben texted her then his number is on her phone i should try to call him or something and find out what it is he wants and see if i can fix  everything myself. At this point it doesn't matter if Alex ends up liking me back all that matters is Ben does not get her and do terrible things to her, It is up to me and the guys to protect her because she doesn't have anyone else to protect her.

'I can't believe he kissed me.' i keep saying over and over in my head, I just can't believe he did. It felt so good I could even say it felt right? ugh i don't know i have never really done love. But things can change we will just have to see who really owns my heart. Because i care about all the guys i just don't know who i care more about. 

After quickly reviewing everything that has happened in the past month i quickly fall into a deep peaceful sleep.

After i woke up i ran into the kitchen and stole some food form the fridge or by food i mean Ice cream, chocolate and chips and some coke. Then walked into the living room and started playing some call of duty on his xbox. After about a hour Louis finally came out of his room and joined me and we played for a while when Harry showed up we stopped playing and decided to go get some dinner at a diner near by.

"So what do you think of your burger? This place has the best burgers in town." Louis says proudly.

"I Love it!" i reply.

"I Love it i Don't care i love it!" Harry sings/Laughs.

"Haha so funny." i sarcastically reply.

"It was pretty good wasn't it." He laughs while i roll my eyes.

"So Alex sense there is school tomorrow you will probaly need some more clothes so after we finish do you want to go get some clothes?" Louis asks.

"Um sure but i don't really have much money." 

"Don't worry i will pay for you my treat." He smiles.

"Okay thanks so much!" i say as i give him a side hug.

After we finished eating we made our way to the car and drove to the nearest mall, The first couple stores were crap but then we went to H&M and i found some cute shirts and sweaters and a couple cute bags and shoes. Then we went to old navy and i got some yoga pants some shorts, Basketball shorts. Then finally we went to forever 21 i got a couple pairs of jeans some jewelery and some shoes, Then i was ready to go we payed and started heading out when we Walked past the apple store.

"Alex would it be okay if i went in and got some thing from there?" Louis asked pointing to the apple store.

"Sure i will just hang out with Harry while you are in there." I smile as i walk up to Harry. He smiles at me and takes my hand them leads me to victorias secret.

"I'm not going in there Harry." i scowl at him.

"Yes you are when you finally hook up with one of us we at least want to be pleasantly surprised." He says smirking.

"Fine but i'm not guaranteeing anything." i scowl again.

We walk in to blasting music and girls everywhere  i walk over grab some lingerie and under wear and a couple bras then i drag Harry to the check out before we gawks at too many girls. He pays for me then a couple smirks dirty jokes and gawking on Harry's part later. We are standing in front of the apple store again when Louis walks out holding some boxes.

"whoa whats all that?" i question.

"Your new laptop Ipod touch and a couple other things for me." He smiles handing me two of the boxes that show a laptop and a ipod.

"Wow thanks Louis." I say as i giving him a side hug then i kiss on the cheek. I smirked at him then walked over to Harry where he was laughing at Louis reaction, He was just standing there in aw with a huge smile on his face.

"Oh come on you big baby she only kissed you on the cheek." Harry laughs as he pushes Louis toward our car.

Once we are in the car we all awkwardly sit there and listen to the music play as Louis drives back to his place once we get to his place i take all my things up to my room and put them away and program my new laptop and ipod and then i decided to check my phone and see if anyone has called or anything so i turned it on. I look threw stuff a couple old textes and missed calls but then i see a text from Ben's number i quickly open the text and i am shocked.

There is a picture of me, Louis and Harry at the mall all laughing then i scroll down to see what Ben had said. 

'what wonderful friends hope you had a good time with them because you will be with me soon baby, ;)" And that was all he said.
