When that was over I was finally able to relax. Jenna and Jazz made sure that my temper was in control and that I was not trying to rip this dress to shreds. It kept on shifting on me from something slutty to the regular dress. I got a lot of odd looks from people but no one dared say a word to me. Not even Karolina.

As I walked my way to the refreshment table I felt some one grab onto my arm, their nails digging into my skin. I gave a soft screech and looked toward the imbecile. It was that chick that was in Austin’s room the other night. “What do you think your doing?”

“I’m going to destroy the bitch that took my husband. Do you think I can’t handle a little human like you?”

I laughed and pulled my arm away from her. “You obviously don’t know me. I suggest you leave before you get hurt.”

I turned to walk away but again she grabbed me. I could feel the energy jolt through my body and straight to where she touched me. She hissed at me, removing her arm as fast as she could. Austin made his way toward me. “What are you doing here Selena?”

“It’s our engagement party. I thought you were going to pick me up. Did I miss the announcing?”

“As a matter of fact you did.” I smiled. “It appears that a girl named April Violet will be marrying him. She’s quite beautiful.”

Austin smiled as she put his arms around my waist. “Yes she is. I know she will be worth my time.”

“She’ll also keep you in your place. I hope that she doesn’t harm you too much when it comes to your discipline.”

Selena glared at our closeness. “So you’re cheating on me with another whore and then cheating on that whore with this one? Where is the other one so I can kill them both?”

“I’m his fiancée you dumbass. And you aren’t going to be able to kill me. I also don’t feel like dealing with you so I suggest you poof yourself away now.”

“I’m not scared of you human.” She sneered.

I rolled my eyes and pushed her. A burst of energy came from my hands, causing her to launch across the room. All of the vampires moved out the way as she flew backward. Austin looked toward her limp body and pecked my lips. “That was impressive darling.”

“Thanks. Now let’s go back to the refreshment table. I was about to get something to drink but she was being quite rude to me.”

Austin didn’t reply though, he just chuckled and moved me toward refreshments and toward my friends. The girls just shook their heads at me but we continued talking as though there wasn’t a girl passed out on the floor.

Just as things were about to end someone placed their hand on my shoulder and threw me across the room. Before I could crash or land I felt Jazz and Jenna make their way toward me, keeping me in a safe bubble. When I finally did land, they melted away to stand by my side. I looked toward the idiot. “Didn’t I just knock you out or do you not take a hint?”

“He’s mine you little whore.” She screeched. She suddenly appeared in front on me and I quickly gave a strong, witch induced, kick in the stomach. She screeched as my heel broke off in her stomach. I pouted and looked down at the bloody heel.

“She broke my heel. I actually liked it.” I whined.

Jenna smiled. “Don’t worry. When we practice your powers you’ll be able to make more of those shoes.”

I sighed but nodded. I looked back toward the girl again and she had blood dripping from her lips. “You ruined my dress.”

“Well now it matches your hideous face. Can you leave now? I want to enjoy my fiancé’s friends.”
