Taehyung sat outside the room of his sick boyfriend with his head in his hands. He had calmed down a bit now, but tears were still dripping down his face.
"Hey honey, what's wrong?"
Taehyung looked up to meet the eyes of a girl. She had short curly brown hair, big blue eyes and a kind face.
"My boyfriend's been i-in a coma for a while a-and I'm scared," he stuttered in between sniffsShe comfortingly placed her hand on his shoulder.
"Try not to stress about it too much, I know many people who have been in comas, and they're all healthy now,"
"But they'll unplug his life support i-if he doesn't wake up by Thursday,"
And Tae broke down in tears...again. He couldn't help it, he might lose the only person who has ever shown him any love (apart from his cat.)
"Heyyy it's okay,"
She wrapped her arm around the boy. Seeing him so distraught made her sad."Sometimes if you play them music they love, you know because they can still hear stuff in a coma, it will help wake them up, because it's something to do with familiarity - I don't quite understand it. But it helped waking my sister."
"O-okay th-thank you. So why are you here?"
"Oh, funny story. My stupid boyfriend walked into a glass door and now has glass in his foot so I'm here to collect him,"
"That sounds like something my friend namjoon would do hehe,"
"Oh you know him then?"
"Namjoon has a girlfriend?"
"Great I love how he tells his friends about me."
Tae giggled at this girl's goofiness. The door across the hall opened to reveal a Namjoon who was limping slightly.
"Namjoon, what the fuck?" The girl joked
"What?" He smiled at her. He had no idea what was going on but was used to his girlfriend's ways after 3 years of being together.
"I never got your name?" Tae questioned
"Oh it's Janis." She replied.
"Oh o-okay,"
"I'm kidding it's Charlie,"
"Oh right haha,"
Charlie was weird. Taehyung liked her.
She got up and hugged her boyfriend and left, but not before giving Tae her number and muttering a quick
"Text me if you need help with anything - see ya!"And with that the boy was alone again.
