~Zoe's POV~
I looked back at the girl that was just lying there on the concrete. I was trying to think on what I should do. I rubbed my chin in manner I always do when I am really trying to think. I walked towards her and opened her mouth a little bit. I put my head towards her mouth and listened to her breath...........she was alive. I grabbed her arm and lifted her off the ground and begin walking down the hill.
I was almost there when I felt her steer some, I looked at her and saw that she moved a little, like a little flinch you could say.
"Yo Doc!!" I yell out getting pretty tired of lugging her body around. "What!!!What is-oh"
\"Yea"I say as I handed her over. "I'm tired" I say as I start to sit down on the couch in the lobby"
"Well come on girl" He says as he drags me up the stairs, once I reached the top I layed down on the matress on the far right. As soon as my head hit the pillow I was out like a light.
~Time Skip~
*Yawn* I blink the blurry stuff out of my line of vision and sit up. I listen to my back pop as I bend backwards trying yo ease the tension. *Yawn* I stand up from the bed and make my way downstairs. "Morning Doc" I say as I passed by his room. I didn't hear a reply so I just kept moving. "Let me outta here!!!" I listened as I slowly make my way downstairs as I try to make out the girls voice. "Do you really think I'm going to let you out." I heard Doc ask, 'I thought he was in his room.' "Ugh this is ridiculous" I heard the girl moan out. "Whats all this commotion about" I asked as I finally made it down the stairs. "This girl you brought in is being annoying"
"It's your fault" she growls out and pulls against the ropes that were tied around her wrist and legs. "Hi my name is Zoe" I say as I give her a soft smile. I watch as her eye did a little twitch in annoyance. "Hello Zoe" she says sarcastically. "What were you doing up there" I made the gesture towards were i found her.
"After those things came round here the only places that were safe was with that group downtown, the water slides, or the lake, and since both of you guys looks so clean I can see that you guys have been using the lake"
"Well your welcomed to stay here until Alexandra gets back."
"Wait, Alexandra??" She asked in confusion "Yea she is like the leader of our small group and if she gives you the ok you can journey with us."
