Rosie's pov
i woke up to the sound of my alarm at 9. I lived in a dorm room on campus with Violet. Luna lived next door with our other best friend alice. Alice is studying film making and animation which they cover here. I have know alice, violet and luna since we joined high school like 8 years ago and we have all been bestfriends since. we were lucky that we all wanted to go to the same university because i don't know what i'd do without them.
I got up, showered, got dressed and did my usual makeup, which is just basic makeup with winged eyeliner and a brown nude lip. I put half of my hair up and curled it a little bit. I wore what I usually wore to class which was yoga pants and an oversized jumper.
I said goodbye to violet as she didn't have to get to school until 11 today. I walked over to the main building and went to my lesson. My lesson was fine, it was just my weekly singing private and at the moment I am working on No Good Deed form wicked which is my favourite musical.
i made my way to the canteen and got my lunch, i saw alice and luna so i went over to them.
"hey," alice said as she waved at me with a smile plastered onto her face.
"How are you guys ?" i asked them both as i started to eat my sandwich.
"yeah we're ok, did you hear there's going to be like some huge surprise after lunch ?" luna asks me. A surprise ? I wonder if it's for the first years. It's probably some shitty unknown band that will give some 'inspirational life lesson'.
"No it's probably not even a good one or for us anyway," I say with an uninterested face, " i wouldn't think about it too much if i were you," i say with a slight chuckle.
We then have a generic chat about how classes are going and how we can't wait for Christmas break next week. We made our way to the quad and met up with violet because me and violet had dance together next.
We arrive at the dance studio at around 1 and everyone is already stretching so we start to as well. All i can hear is people talking about this 'surprise' but i don't want to let myself get hyped about it when it's most likely not a good surprise or have anything to do with me. i just focus on my stretching and getting prepared for class.
My teacher came in and we did our regular warm up and exercises. Then my teacher told us to just talk amongst ourselves for a bit.
"Hey, look she's covering the mirrors." violet tells me looking confused. I look over to the mirrors and then back at violet, shrug and say,
"It's probably just to see who knows the dance without relying on looking at others."
"Yeah, you're probably right."
"Right, everyone get into 3 lines and let's do our dance for into you."
i got into my place and did the dance and it was fine. Probably not the best i've done. i walk over and get my water bottle and bring it back over to my place. i just stand and cool down for a bit when i feel a tap on my back.
"violet what do you-" I say as I begin to turn around but i stop half way when i see somebody i didn't think still cared.

I'm sorry that this story sucks so far but i mean it's the first chapter so it'snot going to be the best. But ashton is back so things are going to spice up !!
