Hello, Brendon. I'm sure you already know, but my name is Patrick Stumph. We were both assigned to be pen pals over the summer, I really hope you knew that. If not, this is awkward. I didn't really know what to write for this letter. I asked my teacher and she said to introduce myself so I guess that's what I'll do.
I'm 17 years old and a Junior in high school. I live near Chicago, in Glenview, Illinois. I really like music and can play a bunch of things. I like drums the most, but guitar and piano are also up there. I really love Bowie and own literally every single thing he's ever written. I might say I'm obsessed, but I prefer "dedicated." Sounds less creepy. I also really love Costello, Waits, Nat King Cole, and Michael Jackson, of course. Maybe that's a little basic. Oh well.
