Joey's POV

I began sobbing hysterically as I cuddled my knees and put my head down. Shane was a liar, and knowing that he was going out of his way to cheat on someone was just impossibly selfish.

Maybe he never broke up with Lisa and he just wanted to see how far I'd go? Any minute now he'd jump downstairs and point out were all of the cameras are and we'd laugh it off and go back to normal.

I had to go and tell him I know about Lisa, because if I didn't then me and Shane would be enemies and I wasn't in a position to let that happen!

I walked upstairs and looked around for Shane. He was in his bedroom (The spare room,) sitting on his bed and texting someone. Hmm, how mysterious. NOT!

"Who are you texting, Shane?" I asked, leaning against the wall beside his door, "That boy, again?"

"Umm, actually, no." Shane carried on texting, "Lisa, actually."

There, that was it. "What exactly were you guys talking about when you went to Crazy Burger?" I know, I couldn't help sounding like a overprotective boyfriend, but I guess that is exactly what I am.

"Well, she told me she had a confession-"

"REALLY, Shane?" I yelled, "REALLY?! Or was it you with the confession? Tell me, Shane, are we together?"

He gulped and put away his phone, now he looked super confused, "I would think so, yes."

"Good," I began, "Then you're DUMPED."

I slammed the door and I heard he buttons on his phone. He was texting Lisa, again when, since I just broke up with him, he should probably be coming after me and asking for forgiveness. As if I'd give him the satisfaction!

I sat on my bed and curled up in a ball.

What was I doing? As if me and Shane would ever suit being in a relationship. We're complete opposites!

Shane's POV

What was Joey talking about? Is he OK? Should I go after him?

I ran my hand through my hair and waited for Lisa to text me. She told me in Crazy Burger that she'd text me her confession and just left. I began shouting after her but she didn't turn around, she just got in her car and drove off.

I didn't care about her, anymore. I needed to make things up with Joey, with whatever I've done.

That gave me an idea. I took out my guitar and a sheet of paper saying which songs I could play. I had all of Dog Ears' songs wrote down so I decided to play a song by him. After all, Mathew Baynton's songs are strangely relatable.

Onwards Onwards suited the situation perfectly, so I hid the sheet and held my guitar.

"Joey!" I shouted, "Joey Graceffa, get here now." I heard no footsteps so I sighed and got off my bed, guitar at the ready. I walked into Joey's room and when he saw me and my guitar he must have figured out what was about to happen because he sat up and looked at me, but I held my head down as I began to sing to him.

"Onwards, onwards. Never stopping," I began, trying my best to please him.

Joey's POV

I can't believe he was serenading me. I had never heard the song before, but I had a feeling it was about to become my favourite.

He didn't look up at me the whole time, although I knew he didn't have to look at his guitar when playing.

Eventually, his head lifted and there was a pause as he stared into my eyes, but he carried on singing after that, not breaking the gaze.

"And what the hell have I done?" He sang, "Oh, what the hell haven't I done?" He played the ending, now looking down again and looking really embarrassed.
