Today is my first day in New York. Rehearsals start tomorrow so I'm trying my best to settle in as soon as possible. I still haven't heard from Jacob at all. I guess he just doesn't care about me anymore. My mom and I go outside to get some food before watching a Broadway show. After food we take a cab to the theatre. As I look out the window my mom says "Sweetie this is where you are preforming!" Woah the theatre is beautiful. The lights are shining with a big sign that says coming on Nov 2nd! That makes me start to smile and then I see on the big sign it says "Starring Y/n L/n and Wyatt Monterey." That gives me the chills.
"So are you in a show or something?" The cab driver says.
"Yes I'm in an off Broadway show." I say. The driver smiles and continues driving. Finally we get to the theatre. I see a beautiful sign with lots and lots of people waiting in line to go inside the theatre. As I get out of the taxi some interviewers and people rush over towards me. All of them start to scream with excitement. Some interviewers ask me about my show when a security guard comes over and leads me to the backstage door. Since there were too many people crowding around me. That was the first time anyone has ever noticed me. I loved the feeling of fame it really made me feel like a Broadway star.
