It's been a couple weeks since the show has released and I can't believe that we are already on Broadway! I've never thought this day would come. Jacob and I haven't talked ever since I broke up with him...maybe it was just not meant to be. I've really liked Wyatt though, but the fact that I just broke up with Jacob if anything happens between me and Wyatt it would break Jacobs heart even more then it has. Wyatt and I go to my dressing room just to hangout before another show. All of a sudden my director comes in. He looks concerned.
"Y/n I need to talk to you...it's important." My director says. I get up nervous and walk towards him.
"Yes? Is everything ok?" I say trying to stay calm and not worry.
"No not really. Your friend Jacob is in the hospital right now for attempting suicide." Oh my god...Jacob...my best friend. We've had problems but he is still always gonna be my friend...I can't believe this happened.
"Oh my god! I need to see him now! Please can you take me there?" I ask my director.
"Of course I have a flight for you and don't worry about the show. Your understudy will take over for today."
"Thank you so much." I say as I pack my bags and rush to the airport. As I'm waiting for the plane to board I call Jacobs mother. She picks up.
"Mrs.Sartorius is Jacob ok? I just heard the news and I'm waiting to board a flight to the hospital."
"No he's not ok. His heart has been stopping for a couple seconds constantly. The doctors have to use a defibrillator to help his heart beat again. It's working but it won't last long."
"I'm coming as soon as possible." I say and hang up.
