Dear diary: I got up early at 3am today. No one else was up so I'm going to write in my diary to clear my head, its been an eventful couple of days, just 3 days ago i started school witch i am happy about but something has been bothering me, i don't know what but it makes me feel kind of empty, like an itch i can't scratch. Anyway it's a nice day so i'm going to walk to the park before everyone wakes up.
"Shadow where are you going" asked Silver who was the only other person awake in the house "Its like 3am" "Going to the park" Shadow grunted before walking out. Shadow liked to go to the park, not for the elegant trees, or the silent leaves rolling around fluently, not even the sound of grass whistling against the air or the smell of freshly cut bushes . Shadow liked the isolation the park gave him, the freedom to be on his own... well almost on his own. "Shadow, what are you doing here" came a familiar voice. "I could say the same" he replied to Amy which she answered "I just came here to clear my head" while looking fed up "You seem fed up, whats wrong" Shadow said in a more soothing tone than usual "Did you just ask me whats wrong" Amy asked in a confused tone "It's not because i care, i just don't wanna have to put up with you moping" Shadow lied which Amy realized and began speaking "Well i just feel empty and i don't know why" "Maybe you like Sonic again" Shadow concluded before being cut off "No that was a year ago" "although i think i know whats up now" Amy mumbled to herself "What did you say" Shadow asked "Oh, nothing, must have been the wind" She went on "I'm gonna go back now i have something to do" Amy said as she jumped up looking quite happy "I'll walk with you back to your house" Shadow suggested which Amy accepted.
Dear diary: I met Shadow at the park today, who was the last person i would expect to see at 3am. He's a lot more caring than people seem to think, he just prefers not to show it. Anyway i think i know why i feel so empty all the time, whenever i'm with Shadow it just goes away, so maybe... No that's ridiculous to even think about, he probably forgets i even exist. Everyone else should be waking up now and i need to get ready for school.

Well this was the first of the character arcs, im gonna do one for all the characters.
