After school, Alex got everything ready the fake permission slips and notes from parents. He had saved up enough money a whole week of fun. That's when he got a knock on his bedroom door. "One minute!" He replied quickly he shoved everything under the bed and sat at his desk like nothing happened. "Uh, come in?" His mom walked in to see him reading... upside down. "Are you okay?" She asked. "Yeah why would you ask I'm just sitting here!" He soon looked down to see the words upside down. He thought he was caught until he thought of something quick. "Haha, I wanted to see how many words I could read upside down! Oh wow looks like I can only read four! Darn." His mom gave him a weird look but brushed it off. "Pizza is downstairs, so get washed up and read like a normal human." Then she closed his door. Alex nearly passed out this was going to be harder than he thought.

Ryan got home and was so stressed! She was going to be a rebel and Monday was the day. Her brother and parents weren't home yet so she quickly called Julia. After four rings she finally picked up. "Hey h-" she was cut off by a nervous Ryan. "Julia! What if we get caught my parents will be so disappointed and I'll have to live my life locked away in my room! That's it maybe we shouldn't do this and should just go to a water park or something." Julia was just listening to her while playing with her dog. She really didn't get why Ryan was so nervous it all would work out. "Calm down! Alex is the smartest guy I know when it comes to mischief! Plus your parents can't be mad forever they'll be mad for about 20 years maybe and they'll get over it" Julia said laughing. But Ryan didn't find it funny "Bye Julia." She replied and hung up. Her parents got home along with her brother, her mom started dinner while Ryan proceeded to listen to music she preferred older music but didn't mind listening to new stuff she was friends with Kory after all who is a so called "DJ". When her mom called her down for dinner she wanted to tell her family about everything like she always did. But this time she left out some bits of her day, she hated it but knew that it would pay off in the end. Hopefully.

Julia's sister, Tiffany had gotten home and brought Chinese food. Julia had a different family then her friends. Her parents had passed away while flying back home from London her sister was 20 when it happened and took care of her. She's still in college but makes a decent paycheck working as a secretary at a business. It's hard, but Julia loves having supportive friends and family she can't help but smile even when it doesn't seem like she will. "I had a good day at school today, I had a math test and I think I did bad but I have a lot of hope." she said. Her sister laughed and said "Yeah I was bad at it too but I got better with tutoring. Do you think you need it?" She asked. "No... I just didn't do too well in this section of math I guess." She replied. Then it was silent it was comfortable with the tv on but they both seemed like they wanted to say something but couldn't. Her sister cleaned up dinner while Julia went to her room today was a crazy Friday and she knew the weekend was going to be even crazier.

Alex invited Kory and Ryan over for two things. 1. To help with all the extravagant planning of the trip. 2. To finish the science project before they made any more plans in order for Ryan to feel a bit better. "Ok, we need to make sure these permission slips sound convincing enough, Kory did you see anything that seemed suspicious?" Alex asked. "No, I just don't think that a head cold will get you a week off." He replied with a laugh. "Yikes! How about we have to visit family for a week because of an uh.... crisis?" Both Ryan and Kory looked at him like he was crazy. "You think that's going to work?" Ryan asked. "Yes! Now we need to finish this project on bacteria or else there will be no trip!". They ended up finishing by noon which left them enough time to just relax for a while. "I gotta go home I guess I need one of those permission slips and hold the note for me." She took one of the slips by the door and left. "That's my cue to go." Kory said standing up. "If this doesn't work you better take the blame." He said as he opened the door "bye!".  Alex had a feeling it would work if they played their cards right. He looked at the clock and decided he had enough time to walk to Julia's house and give her two more slips, one for Vanessa. But first, he had to give his mom the slip. "Hey, mom?" He walked into the office "yes?" She asked looking up. "There's this trip that's happening for school and it's for a whole week and I need your permission, I really want to go and even Ryan wants to go too and you know how good she is-" His mom cut him off "I'll look at it and think about it okay?" He breathed a sigh of relief. "It's due Monday by the way!" And he quickly ran up the stairs only to see a text from Vanessa and Kory. "Project run away from home was a go my parents said it would be a good learning experience btw don't forget to tell them to drop us off at school on Monday" Kory preceded to talk about how many D.J's he could meet which I guess meant he got his signed too. Now all he needed was his, Ryan's, and Julia's.
