(Two stories are to short to be there own chapters so they are on one chapter each)

-Late night-

Most nights Zoey and Rythian would sleep in the same bed, it was big enough and they kept to there own sides yet every day they would wake up in each other's arms, Rythian would have his arms around the girl while she snuggled her head onto his chest, when they woke up they would move from each other's grasps and move on with there day to avoids awkwardness and act like it never happened.

One night Rythian woke up from a nightmare that he didn't think much of, he always had nightmares... memories from the end. but he did notice he was hugging Zoey, this he did think of... all the time. Though Zoey didn't mention it during the day and neither did he but he did wonder why it happened. And why it felt so natural to him. Most nights he would wake up from dreams or just his brain to decide he needed to wake up. Every time she was in his arms and he felt perfect. He never admitted it to himself and often refused to believe it but he loved her, he loved her smile and her laugh and her craziness. He wanted to just see her as his apprentice and maybe friend but it was the inevitable and he couldn't change that.

-The Enderman-

Zoey ran through the forest, her heart pounding and palms sweating. She didn't want this to be how it all ends. She weaves between trees with tears in her eyes, she didn't even dare to turn and look behind her. 'I wish Rythian were here he would be able to save me' she thought to herself. Her legs began to ache from running but she couldn't stop for anything. The only thing she could hear was her heavy breathing and the feet running after her. She tried to ignore her legs feeling as if they would fall off at any time.

As she ran her red cape caught on a branch making her panic, she pulled on it as hard as she could until she heard the fabric tear. This was a terrible mistake because as she turned to run again but the Enderman grabbed her, she screamed but no one could hear her no matter how much she wished someone could. She turned to face the monster and saw the big purple eyes, they reminded her of Rythians. If she was going to die she wanted her last thought to be of him.

tears streamed down her face as she tried to get out though she knew it was useless. "Rythian..." she whispers to herself. and that was it. she didn't struggle because she knew, happy endings only exist in stories.
