Kaz's POV
*soon after The Domain*
"Hey Skylar." I say when I walk into Mighty Med and see her.
"Hey Kaz." She responds.
"Is Oliver here yet?" I ask her.
"He just walked in." She tells me pointing to him as he walked into the superhero hospital. I make my way over to Oliver and walk up behind him.
"Hey handsome." I say, grabbing his waist and kissing his neck.
"Hey babe." He replies before turning around to give me a quick peck on the lips. We lock hands and walk over to Skylar, who is staring at us with her mouth hanging open.
"So why did you need us to come down here?" I ask.
"Well uh I uh the uh issue w-was resolved b-but uh..." she trailed off trying to think of what to say next.
"What the heck is going on?" She asked.
"Nothing just kissing my sexy boyfriend." I say after I break the kiss, making him blush.
"Explain please." She says.
*15 minutes later*
"Okay I understand now." She says, as the doors to Mighty Med open.
"A normo!" Alan shouted.
"I'll go get my cage." He said happily.
"Wait a minute Alan." Horace says, stoping Alan.
"Davenport, welcome back." He says to the man.
"Hello Horace." He responds.
"Do you have the power gun?" Horace asks.
"Of course." He responds handing a gun to Horace.
"Oliver, Kaz, and Skylar, come here." He says.
"What is it?" I groan. All the sudden Horace shoots me and Oliver with the gun.
"What was that?" I ask.
"That was a power gun you two are now superheroes." He says to us.
"What?" We yell in unison.
"You two have powers now." The man that Horace called 'Davenport' said to us.
"That is..." Kaz paused for a minute "AWSOME!" he yelled.
"I know, this is so cool!" Oliver exclaims.
"Wait a minute," Skylar starts "you had the option to give powers to any normos and you chose these guys?"
"Yes, we did." Horace says.
"You guys are coming with me." 'Davenport' says to us.
"Why?" I ask.
"I am Donald Davenport and I am the father of genetically engineered bionic superhumans and I am starting an elite force with you three in it, along with my son Chase and my daughter Bree." The man explains everything to us.
*at the tower*
"Do we really have to stand like this until they get here?" I complain.
"Mr. Davenport said we have to." Oliver told me.
"But that was like an hour ago." Skylar whined.
"Well I'm sure he'll be back soon then." Oliver says. Then we hear Mr. Davenport's voice and two other voices, he walks out onto the terrace and removes the curtain covering our place.
"Behold your new team!" Mr. Davenport exclaims and I see the source of the voices, two teenagers who look about our age.
"So wait a minute," the boy starts "you're telling me that superheroes exist?"
"Yes Chase superheroes exist and you are on a team with them." Mr. Davenport says.
"Guys, this is my son Chase and my daughter Bree." He says gesturing to the boy then the girl.
"Chase, Bree, meet Kaz, Oliver, and Skylar." He says pointing to me then Oliver then Skylar.
"So what are your powers?" Chase asks all of us.
"Well, we don't know yet and Skylar has to many to remember." Oliver tells him.
"You don't know yet?" Bree asks us.
"Well, we just got them like two hours ago." I tell her before she walks over and examines me closely.
"Are you sure you're a superhero?" She asked before feeling my chest.
"Never mind." She says after feeling my abs. She grabbed my shoulder and just held on.
"Oliver are you ok?" I ask when I see his hand twitching.
"I'm fine." He replies.
"Your hand is twitching, are you sure?" I ask. But then all the sudden a blast of ice shoots out of his hand and creates a wall between me and Bree, who was just quick enough to dodge.
"What was that?" I yelled because of the shock. But before Oliver could answer he fainted. I picked him up bridal style and carried him into the house and laid him down on the couch.
"Oliver wake up." I say shaking him.
"What's wrong with him?" Skylar asked.
"I don't know." I tell her.
"Oliver wake up." I yell, shaking him harder.
"What happened?" He asked shooting up.
"I don't know, but I think we just discovered your power." I say, sitting down next to him and playing with his hair.
"Quit almost dying." I say, punching him in the shoulder.
"Why did that happen just now?" Skylar asked.
"Something must have triggered it," Chase starts talking and he turns around to face Oliver "what were you thinking about?"
"Nothing I was just looking at Kaz." He said.
"And Bree." Skylar said.
"Aww were you jealous?" I asked in a mocking tone.
"No." he said, turning red.
"Are you sure?" Skylar said mocking him.
"Yes." He said, embarrassment turning to anger.
"Calm down." I tell him before I pull him into a kiss.
"Better now?" I ask after pulling away, he just smiled and blushed.
"So your powers were triggered by jealousy." Chase said trying to not looked shocked at our kiss.
"Now try to use your power again." Chase said, Oliver tried, but nothing happens.
"Well his powers aren't activated yet." Chase tells us.
"Let's try to trigger Kaz's." Chase says.
"Oh I got this one." Oliver said jumping up.
"I'll try anger." He said.
"You can't make me angry." I say.
"So Kaz," He starts "how are Kasey and Kevin?" He asked.
"Oliver, don't go there." I say, warning him.
"Why?" He asks me.
"We promised never to talk about it again." I say, trying to warn him again
"No, you and K promised, I never did." He says.
"Leave K out of it!" I yell as the anger starts to boil inside of me.
"It's working Oliver keep going." Chase tells me.
"Why? It's not like she's innocent in the situation." He says, I feel my body start to heat up and I throw a fireball at him, he quickly dodges and a pillow catches on fire. Chase uses his molecular kinesis to get a fire extinguisher.
"It worked!" Skylar cheered.
"Yeah it did but, what were you guys talking about?" Bree questioned.
"Nothing." We both say at the same time, not wanting to remember.
"So you have fire powers," Chase says pointing to me "and you have water powers." He said, pointing to Oliver.
"Yeah." Oliver says before he turns over to face me.
"Listen, Kaz I'm sorry I had to bring that up, it was the only way I could think to make you mad." He says.
"It's fine, I still love you, but never bring it up again." I say before I kiss him.
"I love you too." He tells me once we break the kiss.
"Ahem." I hear Mr. Davenport clear his throat.
"You know, what I think I'll be changing the sleeping arrangements now." He says trying not to be to awkward.
"From now on, Oliver you're bunked with Skylar, and Kaz you're now with Chase." He says before he quickly changes the subject.
