Chapter 2: arrival

Narrator:
Hiccup woke up with a start, not k owing where he was, he carefully got up making sure not to make himself to dizzy, and walked out side, what he saw was amazing dragons flying everywhere in a wonderful green, lush area. But what caught his eye was the ginormous dragon smackbang in the centre of it! Something was telling him he should go towards it so that what he did.

~Hiccups POV
Wow was all I could think I wake up in this strange place but it turns out to be amazing, dragons were everywhere but the thing that caught my eye was the big one in the middle, I felt a pull telling me to go towards it so that's what I did.

I approached the giant dragon an he simply turned his head toward me his eyes evaluating me.

"Well, the shadow King awakens, hello young sir, I am the king of dragons the bewilderbeast, how are you feeling"he questioned

"How can I understand you?!"
I said in bewilderment

"Oh dear we have a lot of explaining to do, dear child you are not a normal human you are very special, did you ever do things you didn't think you could or things that weren't possible?

I nodded to speechless to reply

"Well hiccup is it? You are the son of lightning and death and although born to human mother they casted your spirit into that of a human, so hiccup you are very special, actually as a matter of fact very powerful, you are lots of things and would you like to know what they are?" He asked me

I took a second to let everything sink in
"Y-Yes please" I answer

"Well hiccup you are the king of shadows, so you basically control the shadow realm and are extremely powerful, you are the prince of dragons, meaning you can talk to us and act like us, but also and may I warn you this may be a big of a shock but you
are also a night fury"

What?! Was all I could think what like so I'm not really... I mean,my parents are not my real parents, but I'm born to lightning and death and I am the shadow King oh gods this is a lot to process...

Hey everyone, so I'm back sorry about being away so long I was in hospital with a torn muscle in my leg so yeah...
