This week passed by quickly, it was Saturday before I knew it. Isabella and her group of friends decided to back down, only saying a couple of words to me on Friday which I ignored. Harry didn't come to school the whole week, but I didn't bother questioning him because I know he wouldn't give me answers.

Today was my mother's and Elvis' date, I know it shouldn't be a big deal but it is, to me at least. I brushed my brown, straight hair, trying to distract myself from helping my mother for tonight. I looked at my hair, it was halfway down my back. I didn't want it too long though, I wasn't that type of girl. It seemed like too much of a pain.

 ''Mickey!'' My mother called.

''What!" I yelled, I shouldn't be mad at her right now. Instead, I should be helping her get ready and be excited that my mom is finally going out on a date after all these years.

''Can you please help me?" I could hear the desperation in her voice. I gave in, groaning before I entered my mothers bedroom.

''Whoa,'' I took a step back, taking in my mom's apperance. She was wearing a dress that fell halfway down her thighs, the material showing off her curves. Her hair is curled into big waves, and her makeup is well done. Just then, I realized me and my mother are alike but so different. Same body build, the same hair color; Dark brown. But our facial features is what made us divergent from each other.

''Mom, you look amazing.'' I reassured her, but a small frown took over her features.

''Are you sure it's not too much?" She runs over to the mirror for the second time since I came in here,

''Mother! You look beautiful, don't worry about it.'' I smile, wrapping my arms around her. ''And I want you to have fun, don't worry about me. I was overreacting the other day and I'm sorry.''

I heard my mother sniffle, Oh god, not again. I thought.

''Are you sure?'

''Yes, don't worry." I smiled.

''Thank you Mickey,'' I could hear the happiness in her voice.

''Now leave before you're late.'' I pushed her out the door, reasurring her for the hundredth time tonight that she looks fine.

I saw her enter Elvis's car and drive away, I waved good-bye to both of them, telling them to have a great time and not worry about me or Harry. I sighed, my shoulders relaxing when I sat on the couch, scrolling through my phone and looking up new movies to watch. I decided to go for an film I have seen a dozen times already, Titanic.

I smile to myself, wishing I had the same relationship like Rose and Jack did, except I would want my mother to approve. It's not that I was one of those type of people that checked everything with their parents, I just didn't want to deal with the drama that came with it. But no matter what I thought of, Harry kept crawling back into my mind. He was a great kisser. When he kissed me on Monday, me being the awkward person I am, I ran off after making short conversation with him. He was my first kiss though, a boy has never kissed me before or even taken interest in me before Harry. I started to doze off, falling into a deep slumber, my dreams taking me into my own little world.

''Harry,''' I whispered, I looked at my surroundings. We were in the middle of the hallway, at school. I was relaxed until I could see Isabella making her way towards us. ''It's her again,'' I whimpered. Harry looked down at me, a evil smirk coming onto his face.

''Oh please, grow some balls. Can't you say shit to anyone without being a little pussy about it?" I recoiled, when did Harry talk to me like this?

''What?'' That was my biggest insecurity, that I could never stand up for myself. I didn't have enough courage.

''You heard me.''  He whispered, ''You're nothing but a pathetic, little girl.''  Tears were threatening to form but I blinked them away, not wanting Harry's words to get to me. I looked down to the hallway as a distraction, and Isabella was still making her way towards us, it seemed as she's been walking towards us for about an hour. ''If you will excuse me...'' Harry winked at me before walking down the hallway, towards Isabella.

I couldn't believe my eyes when he put his lips on hers.I opened my mouth to scream, but nothing came out.

''Mickey!" Someone was shaking me, a piercing scream came out of my mouth before I sat up, my hand flying up to the persons cheek.

''Snap out of it!" I froze, I recognized that voice. It was Harry's.

''Harry?" I was face to face with him now, my heart felt like it was about to beat out of my chest. ''What are you doing here?" I whispered.

''I was coming over to see what you were doing, when I could hear you yelling I thought someone broke in, or god knows what." He says, gesturing over to the door.

''Oh shit, I forgot to lock it.'' I mumbled to myself,

''What was that?" I looked up at Harry, I couldn't decipher his facial expressions.

''I forgot to lock it,'' I said, loud enough for him to hear me.

He sighed, running his hands through his hair. ''Well next time, don't forget.'' A few minutes passed by with neither of us saying anything, my heart beat returning back to normal.

''What was your dream about? You were just yelling gibberish and 'No' the whole time.''

I sighed, mentally debating whether or not to tell him. I didn't want him to think low of me, when he barely even knew me.

''It was just... it was of you,'' I paused, ''And you were saying some things about me.'' My voice decrescendo.

''Fuck Mickey, why would you dream that? What did I say?" His voice sounded worried.

I shook my head, refusing to tell him more. I looked away from him, ''I'm stupid for telling you this... It's nothing.''

''No, Mickey. Look at me,'' He met my gaze, I could see the softness in his eyes when he spoke. ''You know I would never do anything to hurt you, right?"

''Yeah, but that's what they all say.''

Harry frowned but quickly recovered, ''I won't. Okay? I promise you." He rubbed little circles on my back, trying to reassure me.

My shoulders slumped over, I gave in. ''Okay,'' I smiled at him.

The rest of the night me and Harry sat on the couch, telling each other our childhood stories. I don't know how we even got onto the topic, but we just did. I felt comfortable around him this time, I wasn't on guard like I normally was around guys. Harry told me stories to when his Dad told him how his mother passed away, to stories where he dingdong ditched someone and they ended up throwing eggs at him. I told him the hilarious story of when my mother taped my ears down with some tape, because she thought my ears would get too big.

Me and Harry had tears falling down our faces from laughing too hard, I had to leave numerous times to go to the bathroom before I pissed my pants. The night ended quickly when my mother came stumbling through the front door, a big smile plastered on her face. ''Oh hi, Harry! I didn't know you would be coming over!"

''Hello Ms. Smith,''  He smiled, his gaze shifting over to me and my mom. It was silent for a minute before Harry spoke up again. ''Do you want me to leave?"  I was thankful he didn't bring up the nightmare I had, I didn't want my mom worrying about me.

''No Harry! You can stay here as long as you like, but you have to tell your father first.'' She smiled,

''Mom! How was the date?" I asked, she sat down on the recliner chair, complaining that her feet hurt from the heels but she had an amazing night. They both went out to dinner for a while, which they ended up getting kicked out of for '' disrupting the peace''.

''Disrupting the peace my ass, we were just having a good time!" Me and Harry giggled at my mother's choice of words. I could tell my mother was a bit wobbly, but I'm glad to see that she had an amazing time tonight. She needed a break.

''Well, my dad would probably want me home. So I'll see you later Mickey,'' Harry pulled me in for a quick hug, ''Good night, Ms. Smith.'' Harry waved to her, giving me a small wink before leaving.

''So.. are you going to tell me about you and Harry or not?" Mom giggled, her happiness is contagious tonight.
