Two Faces

As all men I have two faces,

One which is publicized,

Another which deep in me abides.

One that pretends so it can't be criticized.

Another which carries the vilest words and desires,

Which comes out when I'm all alone.

Which seeks glory and power so dire.

Has no regret when all is lost and gone.

The other which lies so sweet,

Which is in favor of man so dear.

A face full of deceit.

Longing for people to care.

Nothing wrong, nothing right...

Both faces are a part of me at the end of the night.
