Chapter 20:Lanas pov

"Beep...beep...beeeeeppp"I froze.I spaced out and I didnt know wat to do.The doctors and nurses came bursting through the door.They shoved past me with the machine that zaps the person back to life.One zap,two zaps,three zaps,they kept on eletrocuting her until it was for sure that she was........de-.Noo.I dont even want to say that word.

All the doctors and the nurses looked up sadly."Shes dead."I came back to reality and saw all of my friends.Kimberly and Shay were hugging each other and crying in each others arms.Ray was trying to comfort Darren who was sobbing hysterically.And me?I stormed our of their ignoring the pain in my stomach.I went to my secret place which nobody knew about.I was wandering through the forest until I came upon this place.Ive been coming here since I was 12.

I ignored everybody calling my name and ran blindly to my secret place.

I finally got their and sat on my big rock and just let all out.I normally.dont cry but kaley was worth crying over for.I remembered all that we did over the years.I remembered the first time I met her.We clicked.

Flashback

It was the end of the school day.I didnt have much friends to talk to.I slammed my locker and walked out of school.At least food is still my friend!!:PI walked to my car and heard a few groans and whimpers.

Curious,I went to follow the place where the sounds were coming from.I finally went to the back of the school and saw a fucking guy beating up a girl.A girl??!Who the fuck is that messed up?!I quickly took off my backpack and put it somewhere safe."Hey!!Leave her alone!!"

The guy stopped beating her up and stood up.He came up to me and pointed his finger to my chest."And what are you gonna do to about it,

ugly?"

"Pick a number."I smiled sweetly at him while he looked confused.

"39?" 

"Now subtract 4 from it ."

"35?"

"Now subtract 35 from it."I was still smiling sweetly."0."

"Thats how many fucks I dont give about you!"I gave him a grin and his face got red from hiw angry he was. I kicked him where the sun does not shine.He fell to the ground and I punched and kicked him everywhere I could.Its not pretty when I get angry.

Once I was finished I went to see if the girl was okay.I walked up to her and she was pretty beaten up.She had bruises everywhere.I poked her cheek and said,"You a zombie?"I kept on poking her until she moved a bit and groaned.I helped her up and put her in the front seat of my car.

I drove all the way to my house and took her inside.My mom was at work so it was just us.I set her down on the couch and grabbed the first aid kit from the bathroom.I started cleaning her cuts and tended to the bruises.Her eyes blinked open and I said,"Im Lana and I just saved your life from an asshole."

(flashback ended)

My thoughts were interrupted by my phone ringing.

"Yo!Pick up your phone!!Pick up your damn phone!!"I smiled at my ringtone and saw that it was my mom calling.I picked up and my mom immediately started rambling.

"Honey!I was so worried!!I heard what happened to Kaley!!Are you okay sweetie?!"My eyes watered at her name."Yeah im fine....What do you need mom?"I cleared my throat."You need to come home.I have something to tell you."My mom is a single parent,my dad left when I was ten.Fucking asshole.Good thing my mom is the boss of all photographers that take pictures of models of all around the world.Some other photographers move to work their.It pays a lot of moolaa.I hung up and I ran home.

I wondered what she was supposed to tell me.I finally got home and entered."Mom?!"

"In the kitchen,sweetheart."

Once I came into the kitchen I asked her,"Whats up mom?"She looked excited.

"We're moving to London."
