Chapter 33

Kaleys pov

Im fine. Its okay. I dont love him. I dont love him, right? I dont know. Everytime I think about him my heart flutters but then I remember what he did and I get sad. I havent smiled since then? Its been a few weeks. Lana left for the modeling job. Kim had to leave becaise her mom was worried. Shay and ray had to leave. Darren was the only one who stayed. Ive gotten closer to edward. Hes like a brother now. We flirt all the time but mine are more stoned and dull because I usually do it woth an emotionless voice. Darren has tried to make me laugh constantly and it hasnt worked. I opened the cabinet and saw the familiar bottle. It was alcohol. I needed it and thats when I realized I was an addict. I didnt care at the moment and drank it.

"Kaley are you in here?" I heard a voice. When I didnt respond I heard two pairs of feet running down the stairs.

"Kaley shit did you drink." I heard darren say.

"kaley why would you do that." I heard edward say.

"I dont know I felt like it. Plus why would you care anyways. Everyone in this world leaves me at some point." I said and thats when I let out all the emotions. I start to sob pathetically.

"Kaley why did you not just tell us. We love you but I think we need to take you to rehab." Darren said guiltily.

"NO I will not go there. I can get better." I said sobering up.

"kaley please it will help you." Edward said.

"I said No." I said coldly. I walked upstairs and grabbed all my things. I started packing. If these people are just going to ditch me at some rehab center then I think ill make it easier for them. Im leaving.

Edwards pov

Shes getting worse. Its out of our control. Shes like my little sister and shes not helping herself.

"Do you think shell be alright." Darren said. I shook my head. He sighed.

"let me call lana and see if shell leave her modeling to help her friend." I said.

Darren nodded and sighed, "ima kill him. Hes done so much damage to her. And while she was at the hospital he was out with a girl. I dont think he loves her. And thats what hurts her." I nodded understanding what he was saying. It was true. Honestly he hurt my little sister and I will kill him if I ever see him. A knock on the door startled both of us. Darren and I walked to the door. I opened it and what I didnt expect to see was a guy. Darren instantly went cold.

"What do you want andres?" He spat coldly. Oh this is the dousche bag. I glared at him.

"Look I feel so bad. I need to see her. Is she here?" He said nervously.

"No you may not see her." I said.

"Look okay I love her so much I cant live without her." He said.

"hmm and thats why you cheated on her." darren said.

"It was a mistake. That girl was my first girlfriend. She came back and she kissed me. We started dating for the time that kaley was here. Then I heard she was in the hospital and I left. I left the hospital because I didnt want to know anything. I went for a walk and I ended up in the mall. I bought things. I saw her amd she ran up to me and pulled me over to the water fountains. She kissed me and I decided to give her that. So I kissed back. Kaley saw that but what she didnt see was that was a goodbye kiss. I was going to break up with her after." He said guiltily.

"Wait but why-" I was cut off by him saying, "Because I was an idiot." I nodded. Suddenly I heard footsteps and I looked up to kaley.

"Yes you are an idiot but I thought you loved me. If you did you wouldnt even consider cheating on me." She said. She had a blanl fave but I knew better. Darren and I ran up to her. I hugged her but she shrugged us off.

"Guys im leaving. No dont protest." she said.

"no your not. We arent taking you to rehab so you can stay." I said seriously.

I left darren to handle her and andres. I picked up my phone and called lana.

Vas happenin? -lana                      nothing I need you to come down. Kaley is not handling the break up shes turning into an addict.

If I leave now im going to get

fired.   

Well its either your job or your friend.

Ok let me see what I can do.

S hours later:

Andres hasnt left yet. Neither has kaley. Kaley is glaring at him while andres is trying to apoligize. My phone started ringing and I got up.

Did you choose something, lana?
