Chapter 3.

Mayas POV:

I woke up to the dreading sound if my alarm...
*beep beep beep beep*
Ughhh shut up you horrible noise!
I finally got out of my bed and quickly had a shower. After i went downstairs to get some breakfast. When i was done eating i saw my brother luca walk down the stairs.
"Hey luca" i say
He grunts as a reaction. My brother has never been a morning person so i shrugged his response off.

I brushed my teeth and ran upstairs to put on my uniform. Thank god it was a Friday! I put on my shirt and tights. I then put on my navy blue skirt and blue tie. I dried my hair and brushed it. I curled my hair because i had the time to. I got up and went to grab my makeup bag.

I don't usually wear alot of makeup. I put on some concealer to cover all my imperfections and some eye liner. I put on some mascara and chapstick. I get up put on my shoes, grab my bag and run downstairs, grabbing my phone on the way. I see my mom hugging my brother as i leave the house. I close the door behind me and bite my lip.
Not even a good bye or have a nice day...  i say to myself. I put in my headphones and listen to some music.

I eventually get to school. I see my two friends who i hang around with. They smiled and waved at me. I walk up to them.
"Hey guys!" I say
"Someones happy," mariana says
"yes shes happy i like seeing happy maya," zara says looking at me.
"Well i have something to show you at break but you have to PROMISE me you wont tell anyone!" I say
"Of course maya your our friend you can trust us," mariana says.
"Yeah!" Zara replies.
I smile at them. They are the only two girls in the school that like me even if i feel as if i dont fit in with them 85% of the time...

The bell rings signalling it was the beginning of first period. Which means english... i hate school especially English and science. In year 7 i used to LOVE school but everything changed. I dread it so much, ever since people stopped talking to me and started to talk ABOUT me. I never knew what Ive done wrong but i just have to fight through it..

I get to class and sit down to see rubecca and her best friend daniella come in to the lesson.
"Oops.." she says as she purposely drops my books to the floor.
"Sorry hun shit like that deserves to be on the floor just like your face," rubecca says as she laughs and sits in her seat. Daniella just rolled her eyes at me.

I absolutely hate those girls, i will admit in year 7 we were very close friends that was until she got some what popular and forgott about me and instead of leaving me she bullied me.

The lesson soon finished and i saw mariana and zara waiting.
"So what did you want to show us?" Asked mariana
"Well..." i say as i pulled out my phone.
"Shit, my phone has no charge ughhh i swear i charged it.." i said.
"Its okay you can come over to my house and you can charge my phone at my house.." mariana says with a smile on her face.
"Thanks," i say while i hugged her.

(Schools over, at marianas house)
"Okayyy so basically someone dmed me last night..." i say while logging onto twitter.
"Who? Who?" Zara and mariana say in unison.
I then gave zara and mariana my phone and clicked on the dm i had with hayes. They were the only two people who knew about my account. It was only because i left my phone at zaras house and she saw the notifications from my twitter page.

"OH MY GOD?!" Mariana squeals.
"HAYES FUCKING GRIER DMED YOU NOT ONLY DID HE DM YOU HE GAVE YOU HIS NUMBER!" Zara yells.
"Shhhh, dont say it too loud," i say calming them both down.
"Ok ok when is hayes going to message you?" Zara asks. I then get a notification from hayes.
"Speak of the devil," i giggle.

Hayesy bear❤️🐻: hey! Is this a good time to talk or no?

Instantly both mariana and zara are jumping up and down. I quickly type-

Maya: My friends are with me at the moment.. look I'll text you in 5?

Hayes suprisingly quickly replied-

Haysey bear❤️🐻: ok I'll be here waiting

I turn off my notifications and see mariana and zara looking at me.
"Look guys you CANT tell a living soul ok?" I say
"Of course we aren't we are just super happy for you!" Zara says smiling at me. I look at the time and see i should be getting home before my mom goes ballistic.
"I better be going, my mom will get mad if I'm not home," i say as i unplug my phone.
"Oh ok, make sure you tell us all the details tomorrow ok?" Mariana says.
"Sure!"

I get up and leave the house. But instead of going home i go to the park. Just because i want to be left alone. I open up my phone and start to type a text message to hayes..
