"Hey!" Perrie said and smiled at everyone, until her eyes landed on me and Jade. "What the hell is 'those' doing here?"

"Oh Perrie, still pissed that I kicked your ass during music?" Jade smirked and took a bite out of her burger.

"You didn't kick my ass, you just almost cut off my air supply with your fat ass of my stomach. If I were you, I would lay off the burgers."

"Perrie, just shut up for once. You don't always need to have the last word." Jesy hissed as she hugged Jade, who looked like she was about to cry.

"Anyway, is the party happening or not? Because I'm not gonna waste a good outfit on a small group." Perrie sat down next to Zayn, very close to him I might add. Leigh shot her a glare, but it seemed like Perrie didn't notice.

"I don't know, why don't you just show up wearing school clothes and bring the outfit in your bag?" Jesy suggested, even though she still looked pissed.

"Fine." She started eating her salad and drinking her water. "So, are you girls doing field hockey this season?"

"You know I never play field hockey, I'm a footballer." Leigh said as she ate a piece of chicken.

"We're doing the dance elective this time around." Jade said and gestured to both her and Jesy.

"But guys, I finally made captain and I need my girls with me." Perrie whined, which is very annoying actually. And her girls? She just called Jade fat less than 5 minutes ago.

"Pez, you'll survive. You have Cher and Rebecca." Zayn chimed in. Everyone murmured agreements then Perrie just frowned and went back to eating.

"What about you lads? Any sports this season?" Louis asked while looking around the table.

"Track." Liam stated.

"Rugby." Zayn and Harry high-fived as they said this simultaneously.

"What about you Niall? You gonna join me with football?" Louis wiggled his eyebrows at me. This boy is such a flirt.

"Yeah, I think I am. I played at my old school. I was the captain at my old school since 8th grade." I smiled and Jade poked my stomach.

"I like a man who knows how to be in charge." Jade winked at me and I blushed extremely hard. This girl is such a flirt too.

The bell rang, obnoxiously as usual, and we all dumped out our trays then went our separate ways. I have a free period, so I figured I'll go get my laptop from the tech office. You know, before I forget.

The tech office is apparently in the senior hallway, but I don't know if I should go up there alone. The seniors are quite assholes, I saw that during snack when a couple of boys and girls were teasing a couple of freshmen for no reason.

Swallowing my fear, I walked up the stairs to the senior hallway. It was hectic up here. People were making out against the lockers and playing catch with a freshman's computer.

Just keep your head down Niall, you'll be fine. Thank you little voice in my head.

I had almost made it to the tech office when some senior decided to drag all the attention to me. Damn it.

"Hey, what are you doing in our hallway?" A rough-looking and muscular guy asked.

His hair was sandy blonde, piercing grey eyes, and a slight stubble. He towered over me, considering that I'm only 1.71m. He was wearing a varsity jacket that said "ELHS Football". Wonderful, he plays football.

"Kid, I asked you a question!" He shouted while snapping his fingers in front of my face.

"I-uh, just going to the t-tech office." I could help but count the people in the hallway. So that's what I did, count the students watching this. Every time they moved, I had to start again.

"Well, did you get senior permission to be up there?" He looked around and all the students shook their heads, eager to see what was gonna happen to me. Assholes.

"Then I guess you'll have to get past me and my guys."

Then he and 4 other friends built a wall in front of me, each of them wearing cocky smirks. 5 strong and muscular guys against me, I think we all know how this is gonna end.

"Ryan, just let the boy through. It's his first day." I heard a familiar voice say. But no, why would she save me?

"Perrie, you know this kid?" Ryan asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Yeah, we're the best of friends. Aren't we Ni?" Perrie turned to me with a smile, obviously fake. I feel like denying it but...

"Mhm, just best buds right here!" I smiled back and gave her a side hug for emphasis, trying hard not to cringe.

"Well fine Perrie, I guess he's cool with us now. But let me know if he acts out, I'll teach him a lesson."

Then the wall broke apart and I rushed to the tech office, pulling Perrie behind me.

"What the hell Perrie!? How do you know them?"

"My brother Jonnie is a senior, so the seniors love me. But who doesn't?" She shrugged lightly.

"Well I don't love you."

"Look idiot, your life is in my hands now. I could just tell Ryan and his friends that you messed up, so they could kill you. From now on, you do what I say and respect me if you know what's good for you. Got it?"

I nodded sadly. Now she can be as much of a bitch as she wants and I can't put her back in her place, but I guess that's better than being beaten to a pulp by those giants.

"Good, now go get your laptop. There's only 10 minutes left to free period." She smirked and sauntered away, flipping her obnoxious natural blonde hair over her shoulder.

Bitch.

So, this chapter is hopefully better than the last. If not I'll be sad. Anyway, I'm actually starting to feel this story a bit more which is good. Plus I'm getting a bunch of ideas!
