"I'm sorry Perrie, I'll go now." Ryan sulked and walked away with his crew as Perrie smirked after them.
"Perrie, why the hell did you send them after us?" Leigh hissed as she stepped through us boys.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Perrie feigned innocence and twirled a strand of hair around her finger.
"I said that I was gonna kill this bitch one day." Leigh glared fiercely at her. "And I think today would be perfect."
She cracked her knuckles and lunged at Perrie, effectively knocking her to the ground. Leigh held Perrie down and punched her fiercely in the gut. Perrie cried out and kneed Leigh in the stomach.
"Well why does Leigh get to have all the fun?" Jade smirked and ran to to join in. Luckily I grabbed her before she reached them.
"Niall, let go!" She protested and squirmed as I held her tight.
"Can you boys actually try to stop this fight!?" I exclaimed as the boys just watched like it was completely normal.
Zayn stepped forward and pulled Leigh away then Liam grabbed Perrie and held her in place. Both girls were still trying to claw each other's eyes out.
"I think we should all get home and started getting ready for this party." Louis stated as he looked around the group.
Everyone nodded in agreement then went their separate ways.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"This is awesome!" I praised as I walked through the door, surveying my surroundings.
I'm pretty sure all of the juniors and quite a few seniors came tonight. There were multi-colored fairy lights strung across the door ways and over the banisters. The couches were pushed against the walls, which created more space for dancing. Surprisingly, there didn't seem to be any alcohol. There also weren't people making against the walls or anything like that.
"Thanks, everything was set up in less than 2 hours so don't be surprised if something explodes." Jade shot me a toothy smile.
"Horan! Come meet some old buddies of mine!" Louis called from across the room as he gestured me over.
"Save me a dance Niall." Jade winked before I turned to walk over to Louis.
So, the night went on pretty well. Everyone was introducing themselves to me, I even got a few numbers. It seemed that I was pretty well liked by the juniors, and the seniors didn't seem indifferent to my presence.
"Truth or dare in the corner starting soon!" Someone shouted. Before I knew it, people were shoving their way over. Unintentionally, I was pulled along with the man of people and pulled into a seat by Jade.
"Niall! I haven't seen you for hours!" She laughed and rested her head on my shoulder."But I've heard good review on you. People love the accent."
"Truth or dare Niall?" Mark, a junior and fellow footballer, asked me.
"Dare." I automatically replied. Truths are too risky. If you take a dare, it's over and done with. Am I right or am I right?
"I dare you to play seven minutes in heaven with..." He paused to look around and see everyone, before his mouth curled into a devious little smirk. "Perrie Edwards."
Everyone made 'ohs' and 'ahs' as Perrie and I awkwardly stood up to make our way to the closet. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see Perrie and Jade have a small non-verbal exchange. Jade glared at her and pouted, then Perrie smirked and sauntered off more confidently.
"We're not kissing." Perrie firmly stated once the closet door was closed.
Perrie looked different right now. She was wearing a strapless tribal print crop top, black skinny jeans, and black combat boots. Her dark blonde hair was pin straight and actually down instead of the bun it was usually in. She had enhanced her blue eyes with thick black eyeliner and black mascara, and defined her lips with red lipstick. And maybe it was the way the lighting was shining on her skin, but she looked very mature and, dare I say, hot.
"Okay, whatever." I responded, even though I kind of did wanna kiss her. Feel her full lips-
"So, what now? Do we just have to stand here for the next six minutes?" Perrie groaned.
"I'm assuming so, they most likely won't let us out until our time is up."
"Well this is going to be a very boring few minutes."
We both pulled out our phones, watching videos or texting or playing games seemed to pass the time fairly quickly.
"I mean, we could, uh-" I stuttered as I looked up at her. She looked back at me with a strange glint in her eyes.
"Kiss? I mean, I know I said we weren't but it'd be an interesting experiment."
I stepped closer so Perrie was pressed between me and the wall. My hands went to rest on her small waist as hers went to rest on my shoulders. Her touch was feather light.
I thought I felt a brush of warmth-
"Time's up!"
