Chapter 27

Third POV

"Nicole Ramirez?" A doctor called walking in the waiting room, everyone stood up once they heard her name

"Is she okay?" Jake asked walking towards the doctor "She hit her head pretty hard and lost a lot of blood but we luckily had her blood type and she has a minor concussion, she'll be okay" the doctor smiled seeing them breath out in relief

"Can I see her?" Jake asked "Are you a relative?" The doctor asked "I'm her brother" Jake answered, the doctor nodded

"If you follow me, she's in room 1-" the doctor was cut off by a nurse running to him "Doctor, patient in room 17 flat lined" the nurse said

The Doctor looked at Jake with sorrow "Excuse me" The doctor said before rushing to room 17

Everything was in slow motion for both Austin and Jake, they both know that patient was Nicole.

Jake fell to his knees sobbing along everyone else quietly sobbing, praying for her to be okay.

"Hello?" Nicole yelled out in the dark room looking around but she only her voice echo "Hello! Is anybody here!?" She yelled again but she got no response

She was starting to get scared "Am I dead?" She asked to no one, she started freaking out.

"You're not dead" she heard someone say causing her to freak out even more "Who's there?" She said looking around the dark room

Soon lights turned on around the dark room causing her to quickly close her eyes at the brightness, once her eyes adjusted to the light she looked up to only make her heart stop

"Isaac" she said closing her eyes and pinching herself making sure this isn't a dream "Nicole" she felt his hand on her cheek causing her to gasp

She snapped her eyes opened making contact with crystal blue eyes she fell in love with "Isaac" she cried hugging him

"I missed you so much" she cried in his arms "I missed you too baby" she smiled at the name he would always call her

"I'm so sorry" she cried making Isaac confused "Why?" He asked pulling back "I betrayed you, I fell in love with your killer" she sobbed making him sigh bringing her back in to his arms

"You shouldn't be sorry or feeling you betrayed me you didn't know" he said rubbing her back "You don't hate me?" She asked looking up at him

"Of course not" he furrowed his eyebrows kisisng her forehead "I can't never hate you" he said "Maybe I did hate you that one time when you ate the whole box of my favorite cookies" he said causing her to giggle which made him smile

"Now there's that smile I love and adore" he smiled but her smile quickly flattered "Our baby" she said causing him to smile

"Daddy" A little voice called causing both of them to pull away, she looked down and saw a little boy with big blue eyes "Mommy" the little boy smiled

"Noah" she smiled with tears running down her cheeks, they both agreed to name their first child Noah if it was a boy and Aria if it was a girl

Nicole brought him into a hug and started crying "Don't cry mommy" Noah said wiping his mothers cheeks away

"They're happy tears" she smiled kiss in his forehead

Nicole looked up at Isaac to see him watching both his girlfriend and son in admiration

"We have to go" Isaac said looking at his watch "What? No please" Nicole begged looking at Isaac then at Noah who was smiling at her

"I want you to move on and I don't care if its with Austin" Isaac smiled putting a strand of hair behind her ear "I saw how happy he made you, forgive him just like I did" he smiled before kissing her one last time

"I love you" he whispered against her lips, she felt those sparks she always felt when they would kiss "I love you" Nicole said before looking down at Noah "I love you baby" she said kissing his forehead "I love you too mommy" Noah said grabbing his fathers hand

"Remember, we're always watching over you" Isaac voice echoed "Please don't leave me" she cried reaching out for him but they faded away

She dropped to her knees sobbing "Nicole" she heard a loving voice making her head snap up where Isaac and Noah once were

"Mommy Daddy" she called tears welling up her eyes seeing both of her parents standing in front of her. She didn't think twice before she ran and wrapped her arms around them sobbing "I missed you guys so much" she cried

They both wrapped their arms around their little girl "Oh we missed you to baby girl" her father, Marcus said kissing her head

"How can I see you guys?" She asked "We're in your head" Marcus said "The big guy gave us some time to come visit you" Cassandra smiled

"We've been watching you for the past years and we're really proud of the person you turned to be" Cassandra smiled caressing her daughters cheek for the first time in a long time "You turned out as the young women we raised you to be and we couldn't be more proud" Marcus smiled

"We saw what Jacob and the guys did to you and I know it was really cruel of them but you have to forgive them all including Austin" Cassandra said looking down at her daughter

"And please tell Jacob to lay off those Oreo cookies, I swear he eats a whole box each day. He's gonna get fat" Her mother rolled her eyes annoyed by her eldest son, Nicole giggled.

"We don't have much time but we love you both and we will always be watching you two" Cassandra smiled stroking her daughters hair

"Please don't leave me, take me with you" Nicole cried hugging her parents tighter cherishing every minute.

"You have to go baby" Cassandra said looking at her daughter "You need to be there for Jaiden and your baby" She continued "Baby?" Nicole asked confused looking at her parents

"We love you and we'll be watching over you" they both said before walking away "Wait! Please don't leave me" she cried watching them fade way

She dropped to her knees having a hard time breathing, she did everything to catch her breath but she couldn't.

The room was spinning making her dizzy, she laid down looking up with her hand over her heart. The lights turned off and she was left laying in the dark room once again.

I shed some tears while typing this chapter.

She was reunited with Isaac and her parents again and met hers and Isaacs baby.
