(A/N) I apologise that I haven't been as active lately. I've been thinking of ideas for my other book Nanatsu no Taizai child scenarios. It's about the reader getting adopted by the sins and stuff happens so I suggest reading that too if you would like. That is all, thank you for reading this brief note.
Elizabeth sat at a table and watched the remaining adult sins struggle. King and Diane were both restraining Ban and Meliodas, who were attempting to get into another fight. It had only been a few hours, how were they going to last another 3 days?
"Sir King? Diane? Would you like some help?" Elizabeth asked,
"No no princess, we'll be fine," King lied. He would've loved help, however he did not want to make the princess have to struggle,
"It's okay, we got this Elizabeth," Diane strained, gripping Meliodas' waist tightly as he tried to run towards Ban, who was also being restrained by King,
"At least let me make you something to eat or drink. How about some tea?" Elizabeth practically begged, "Lady Merlin, would you like some tea?"
The others really didn't want to bother the princess, however at this moment tea was an offer they couldn't refuse,
"Tea would be lovely, Princess Elizabeth,"
"Yes please, Elizabeth,"
"That'd be great, thanks princess,"
Elizabeth smiled at the fact that she could finally do something to aid them, before nodding and running off behind the bar counter,
"Merlin, how about you help us a little?" King panted as restraining Ban was using up all his strength,
"I'm taking care of Gowther," Merlin responded as she cradled the small, pink haired child. King and Diane both looked at her and envied how relaxed she was,
"Merlin can't you at least teach us how to bribe them to be good?" Diane whined, her arms acing as she held Meliodas,
"Use chocolate. We have plenty in the storage," Merlin suggested. The two boys grinned at the mention of chocolate,
"HOW DID WE NOT THINK ABOUT THAT BEFORE?" King yelled, accidentally letting go of Ban. However Ban did not run towards Meliodas, he sat in front of King and grinned. King looked astonished,
"I used that tactic while you two were off making clothes," Merlin smiled, pushing Gowther's glasses up to the bridge of his nose as the former giant and the fairy looked astonished at Merlin's logic,
"WHY DID YOU NOT TELL US THIS?" Diane bellowed,
"THIS COULD'VE SAVED SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT MERLIN," King basically screamed,
"Uhm, Would you like me to grab some chocolate for the children?" Elizabeth called from the back as she lifted up the kettle and poured steaming water into the mugs,
"That'd be helpful Elizabeth!" Diane called back as she let go of Meliodas,
Elizabeth quickly rushed out back to grab three bars, before running back to the tray of tea and taking it to a table,
"Three teas and three chocolates!" She smiled,
"Thank you very much princess Elizabeth," Merlin smiled,
"Thanks but..." Diane started, "Why three chocolate bars? There are only two children,"
"Including Sir Gowther!" Elizabeth informed, making the bespectacled baby gaze towards her,
"Oh right!" Diane took a sip from her tea, "Will he even eat it?"
"I don't know," Merlin responded,
"Should we try it?" King asked, looking at the quiet child who was confused as to why everyone was looking at him,
"We should give the other two some first," Elizabeth stated, looking at the two impatient babies,
"Oh right," Diane smiled, tossing two chocolate bars in their direction,
" 'Ocolate! Yay!" They both yelled,
"Now for the experiment," King stated, generally being filled by curiosity. Merlin had Gowther in one hand, and a pre opened bar of chocolate in the other. Everyone watched,
"Gowther would you like some chocolate?" Merlin cooed as she moved the chocolate closer to his face. He looked at the bar for a while, as if his mind was processing what it was, "You eat it. It's food," Gowther somewhat sheepishly put a tiny hand on the chocolate bar and his mouth around the top. Everybody was staring at the baby, waiting for a reaction as he pulled his tiny head away from the bar. There was a tiny bite mark in the bar,
"Did he like it?" Diane whispered as she watched for a reaction,
"Did you like it?" Merlin asked. Gowther nodded, "Do you want some more," Gowther shook his head, "Okay,"
"Well that was disappointing," Diane stated, as if she actually expected him to do anything like a human child,
"I hope you didn't expect him to do something emotional, Diane," Merlin stated
