okay just so we're clear the first 21 chapters were set during the summer and now Karen and Jackson are back from their honeymoon (its been a week since the last chapter) and now their finally going to school,,, remember that this is an AU story and its not following real time and also Calum and Michael went to different schools and now Michael is going to calums school cause it's rated higher. School. The worst place in the world. Michael doesn't think school is that bad though, he's excitedly getting ready for what Calum thinks is hell, who would blame Calum though? School is where you go to get bullied, it's where you go to get your heart ripped out of your chest by some stupid teenage girl or boy. Who wants that? Not Calum and that's for sure, he's in his room getting ready miserably
"Michael and Calum!" Karen yells from her downstairs bedroom
"Yes" the two boys yell in unison
"Hurry it up or you'll be late"
"I'm walking" Calum said and Michael frowned
"Uhm no you're not your dad told me to drop both of you off" Karen said and Calum rolled his eyes
"And now you're going to tell him I'm walking to school" Calum slammed his door and finished getting ready
"Good god he's such a bitch" Karen mumbled and slammed her door. Michael stood there wondering why they hated each other so much

As Michael and Karen pulled into the school they saw Calum walking up to a big group of people and Michael got out of the car and ran towards Calum
"Hi Calum" Michael said with a huge smile on his face
"Hi Michael" Calum said and kissed his nose
"Who are all of these people?"
"My friends" the only person Michael knew out of those people was Matty, but Matty was making out with some random chick
"Hey guys, this is Michael, my boyfriend" Calum said smiling down at Michael, watching how his eyes lit up when Calum called him his boyfriend. "And Michael that is Stephanie, Carlos, Abe, Emily, Hanna, Olivia, Nick, Naomi and you know Matty"
"Wow, that's a lot of people" he mumbled to himself and Stephanie nodded
"I felt the same way you're feeling right now, you'll get used to everyone though. We're like one family, and you're the newest member" Stephanie smiled and Michael smiled back
"I wish I had a friend group like this before, it's really only been Casey and I, until I moved"
"What grade are you in?" She asked and they drifted away from the group of people
"I'm a sophomore" Michael mumbled and she smiled
"Me too, I really only met them because of my sister, Hanna. Also Hanna is a bit of a slut"
"Oh that's good to know I guess"
"Yep, what are your classes?"
"Precalculus Honors, AP US history, AP biology, Art history, Spanish 3, and English 2 Honors"
"I have Pre Calc and AP Biology, and I think Spanish"
"Cool" Michael said and the bell rang and him and Stephanie went to their first class together
