After reading my story, go to rockermp3's page. Her stories are quite amazing and I've known her since grade 5, when she wrote a story about... trolls? In a mystic unicorn land or something.
It's quite hilarious, actually. And now she's in the What's Hot list! So you know it's gonna be good (;

The others came back from town, and I knew that my "alone time" with Nolan was officially over. I still couldn't believe his past. So like mine. My parents were all I had, really... and Evelyn was all he had, too.
He trusts me.
That thought glowed in me for hours, even as Master Vaughn trained me to fight. Turns out I could do quite decently. Nolan smiled as he watched, and when Vaughn wasn't looking I smiled back.
I think I was falling for him.
That moment when he told me, that immediate bond between us... that felt amazing. It was a stronger bond than any of the boys I dated or flirted with. Nolan's smiles gave me butterflies, and I wanted to get closer to him.
"Goodnight." He said after, then he fell asleep.
"Goodnight." I whispered back, then I crept under the covers, too.
That night's dream was atrocious. I was holding Nolan's hand, and we were somewhere far away, far from this nightmare, alone.
"I'm glad you agreed to run away with me, Reia." He whispered in my ear. Then he kissed me on my forehead.
"Wake up!" a cheery voice woke me from this perfect dream. I saw Anneke's face. "Trrrrraining." She winked.
I groaned, then got up. I saw that Nolan was gone. Anneke noticed my glance at once.
"Ah, ah, ah, sister. We are creatures of seduction, but we're not allowed to date anybody. Kinda sucks, huh?" she sighed. "I've had my eye on Ryan the whole time I've been here, and we got to flirting and everything... but... nada. Vaughn has this way of knowing things. It's kind of creepy." She winked. "But then again, so are we."
Not allowed to date each other?
That ruined my day a bit.
I was allowed to join the training session. We even got to fight each other for a bit. Then Vaughn stopped us.
"We have news that the IceLead had been hunting in our territories. Again." Vaughn hissed. "Tonight, we go on patrol. We check the borderline, clear?" he asked us. We all bowed.
"What's the IceLead?" I asked Nolan.
"Like a gang, really. We are the FireLead. Our colours are red and black. They are the IceLead. Their colours are white and blue. There is one more Lead, and they are the EarthLead. Their colours are green and brown. I'm sure there are more of us... but that's all in Massachusetts." He replied.
"Have you had fights like this before?"
"We're not sure if this is going to turn out into a fight, but yes, I've had fights."
"How bad are we going to fight and them fight back if we can't settle to an agreement?" I asked.
Nolan gives me a look, then smirks.
"Then, it's war."
