"Are you ready Charlie?" Ava asked her best friend.

"Yep, after we go to wherever you're taking me, it's my turn to surprise you. It is your birthday, you know?"

"Yes, I know. Now let's go. I'll tell you why we're going there on the way there."

After They Apparated to Ava's Destination

Ava linked arms with Charlie and lead him through this little town.

"Ava?"

"Yes," Ava said. She seemed distracted, eyes wandering everywhere throughout the town.

"Where exactly are we?"

"Godric's Hollow."

"What? Why?"

Ava stopped and turned towards Charlie. She handed him the two letters.

As Charlie read the letters, his face had all kinds of emotions written all over it. When he finished reading the letters, he looked at Ava not saying a word. Then unexpectedly he pulled her into a hug. "I'm sorry," was all he could say.

"I'll be fine. But I know they're buried here."

"So does that mean you know the necklaces powers and how it glows? Is that why you brought me? Lily said that you had to have someone who cared about you put it on and to bring them to their graves when you figured it out."

"No, I don't know the meaning. But I didn't want to come here alone. I felt as if they took time into writing this letter, I should at least take the time out of my own life to pay a visit to them."

"Let's keep walking then."

They both started walking, not saying anything. Then, after a while they reached a gate.On the gate it read, "GRAVEYARD." Charlie opened the gate for Ava. She was about to walk in when something attracted her attention. She looked to her left. She saw a flash of long faded red hair and a faded man with black hair turning the corner. It looked like they were entering the back of the graveyard.

"Are you okay? You look very pale," said Charlie's voice. His voice had pulled her out of her thoughts.

"I'm fine. Just a hallucination." Ava walked through the open gates, not taking her eyes off of the spot where she thought she had seen her deceased Aunt & Uncle.

They walked through, and Ava tried to ignore what she had just seen.

As they walked through the graveyard trying to find the grave, Charlie reached down to hold Ava's hand. When he grabbed her hand, electricity shot up Ava's arm. She ignored it and let Charlie pull her towards the back of the graveyard before he stopped abruptly. They were both faced by a giant headstone with the names James Potter and Lily Potter engraved in the front of it.

"So, this is it," Charlie said.

"This is it," Ava replied. She walked forward and kneeled down. She whispered, "Thank you" quietly while she held out her wand conjuring up flowers. She placed them down next to the stone. When she looked up there stood a faded image of her deceased aunt and uncle.

She stood up standing near Charlie. "Uh, Charlie? You see them too right?"

All Charlie could do was nod as they smiled at them. They both blinked and they were gone.

"Ava, let's get out of here. Besides I want to take you to lunch before your party tonight," Charlie grabbed Ava's hand pulling her out of the graveyard before apparating to the Leaky Cauldron.

Once they landed in the restaurant Charlie lead Ava over to a small table in the corner. He pulled the chair out for Ava, helping her into her seat. He then walked over to the other side of the table and sat down across from her.
