Chapter 8

Oli POV

All throughout Maths me and Josh were talking about Jack and his so called heterosexuality, which to be honest was basically non-existent, since he met Alex or noticed him or whatever happened between those two... I mean seriously what did happen between those two? Like one day they barely knew each other the next they're standing in the middle of the hallway staring into each other's eyes like love sick puppy's which is disgustingly cute like seriously ugh... Anyways as I was saying we were also making a plan to make Jack realise that he has feelings for Alex. We're also gonna do the same thing for Kellin and Siam apart they both like each other, it's only really getting Kellin to ask her out like seriously grow a pair mate. Jack gave us a few weird looks, probably since we were whispering to each other but still it's for his own good and he'll thank us for it later.

Jack POV

I don't know what Josh and Oli were talking about in math but they're definitely planning something, something about me because they kept throwing me glances every minute or so. It was kinda creepy. Alex and I were chatting most of the time but every now and the I would sneak a look at Alex's sleeved arm wondering if what I saw that night was a trick of the light or actually real. Just before the bell went I passed a note to Alex telling him to meet me outside of the school after the last bell and that we needed to talk, I hope he can read it cause is more of a scruffy scribble than anything. He looked up after reading the note and nodded to me looking at me with mixed emotions but mostly fright and nervousness which made me feel guilty for making such a vulnerable person feel that way but we really did need to talk about it I guess...

Finally the last bell rang, I hoped out of my seat gathered my stuff and sprinted out of the room, butterfly's fluttered around my stomach making me feel sick and anxious. I had one thought in my head which was Alex... To be honest I think about Alex a lot, which is weird considering I'm straight like 100 percent as straight as a ruler... Honest. I get to the front of the school and wait for 1 minute 56 seconds, not that I was counting or anything, before he appeared fiddling with the zip of his hoodie looking down anxiously and holy fuck he's adorable like what even- wait what no not gay brain I'm not gay... Am I? He looks up and sees me and bites his lip, which is pretty cute I guess, he walks closer until we're standing in front of each other before I broke the silence "Hi lex" I say sounding unsure and awkward
"Uh hey... What did ya wanna talk about?" He asked sounding confused he looked around nervously before ducking his head down fingers leaving the zip from his hoodie and resting by his side still twitching nervously
"Uh" I coughed clearing my throat awkwardly before continuing to speak "What were you g-going to do... y'know that night at the park" I finished looking at him, he lifted his head slightly and met my gaze before looking around once more, he was paranoid, not that I blamed him school finished 5 minutes ago and a few people that were late out slowly drifted by going back to their homes.
"I...Uh just um" he stuttered out nevoursly still not making eye contact with me, slowly I reached out and took his hand, it was warm and soft and I felt a type of I dunno... zing go through my body it was weird and I think he felt it to since he looked up at me, confusion written all over his face. I used my other hand to pull up the sleeve of his hoodie not letting og of his hand as he tried to pull it away, as soon as I rolled it up enough to see the fresh and old scars I let go of his hand, he looked at me with mixed emotions, sadness, confusion, but most of all he was scared. I couldn't take it and pulled him into a hug, his arms
gradually returning the hug and resting his head on my shoulder.
"I'm sorry" he sniffled I could feel his tears leaking on my arm and just squeezed him tighter
"Don't be sorry Lexy, it's gonna be ok you've got me now." I reasure him not sure what else to do in this situation he looked up his face tearstained but with a hopeful look in his eyes
"Thank you Jacky" he whispered and kissed my cheek, I felt my face heat up and then I heard two voices
"Aww see I told you they would be cute together Josh" I looked over to see Josh and Oli standing hand in hand together staring at me and Alex
"Yeah yeah we aren't together guys." I say with a roll of my eyes and flipping them off but they just chuckled before saying "Not yet anyway"



(A/N Yo sup guys sorry it's a day late but I had to go to a party with my mum and step dad so I couldn't finish it *sigh*

Anyways woo chapter 8 with Jalex and Jack starting to realise maybe he is gay PLOT TWIST!
