Well looks like I got what I asked for. Something did happen on our trip to the museum. Oh, I should probably introduce myself. My name is Ana. Ana Summers. Guess it's my turn to tell the story. When I said I wish something would happen I never ment getting attacked by a giant fire-breathing lion with horns. If only Chris had left that place alone.  Ah,  speaking of Chris, The great hero. The one who had left me to get smacked on the head by that cat. I'am soooooo gonna get him back for that. Anyway, he told me to not stop what I was doing with that golden shield/wall whatever it was as he ran off and tried to get a sword. The poblem was I didn't even know how I did that. When I tried to do it again nothing happened and the lion tossed me aside like a rag doll and I passed out. I regained consiuosness and saw Chris standing at the center of the hall, holding the sword in one hand looking just like that character from an anime we like to watch. Waiting for the lion to make a move. It lunged at him and  Chris jumped back and stab ed it. He had managed to kill the lion. He turned to look at me then he tensed like someone had hit him. He fell backwards and two figures in robes suddenly appeared  beside him. Like literally from out of nowhere.
"Well, I never thought they would actually beat it." Said the first one. It sounded like a man.
"I told you. I never make mistakes." Said the other. The voice was female and it sounded very familiar.
"So, what do we do with them?"
"We take them back to the temple obviously."
Temple? I didn't like the sound of that.
"Alright." Said the man. "And the orb?"
The woman looked up at the orb on the pedestal. It had stopped glowing but the temperature in the room still felt hot. Like placing your hand on the glass of an oven toaster.
"It stays here." Awnsered the woman. "But we need to summon a new monster to guard it." Then I passed out again.

I woke up and found myself inside a room. It had one window which was near the bed. A closet that was much bigger than the one in my dorm room back in Arcaneville. It also had a mini bar and a television and speakers. I got out of bed.
"Where am I?" I said to myself. I took a look around the room. The door was open and nobody was outside. I guess that means I was free to leave. I got out of the room and ran down the hallway. Nobody was around which was good. When I reached the end of the hallway I heard voices.
"Are you sure?" The voice sounded familiar. It was the man in robes at the museume.
"Yes, master." Said another voice. "The wards I placed in her room detected that she is awake." This one sounded like a young girl.
"Well then, let's go and get her. Master Varus wants to meet them."
I don't know who this Master Varus was but I didn't like the sound of it. I can't let myself get caught. I had to find my friends and get out of here. I checked a room to try and hide in it but it was locked. They were getting close. I had to do something. I ran towards another room but the door was locked too.
"Just where do you think you're going?" Said a voice behind me.
I turned around and saw the man and the girl staring a me. Judging by his looks he was about 30 years old. He had a few white streaks in his hair and a well trimmed beard.
"I knew we should have put someone on watch. Wards can't do anything." Said the man.
"Well I never thought she would actually try to leave. My apologies Master Ian." Said the young girl. By the looks of it I'd say she was about twelve. She had light brown hair matched with brown eyes. She wore the same robes as the man but with a different color. The man's robe was purple while her's was green. She was holding a book to her chest. I tried to read the title but couldn't make out the words.
"No worries Julie." Said Ian. He looked over at me and said "Now my dear if you just come with us-"
He didn't get to finish his sentence cause I bolted past them.
"Hey, wait!" Called Ian but I just kept on running.
I ran towards the direction the came from and found a set of stairs. I ran down the steps as quickly as I could. I have to find my friends and get out of here. I didn't want to stay here a minute longer. I got to the bottom and found myself in another corridor. The end bramched of in two directions. One right and one left. I decided to go left but never made it. When I reached the center of the corridor I froze. It felt like time had stopped. Suddenly Julie and Ian were right in front of me. Julie was holding her hand up pointing towards me. Her hand was surronded by a glowing gold aura like she was the one freezing me in place.
"Good work Julie. I see you have mastered your time spells." Ian said sounding slightly pleased.
"Not quite yet master. I'm having difficulty keeping her in place." Julie replied looking strained from what she was doing.
"I sense no weakness on your part. I guess it's from the raw magic power that she posses." Ian said in reply.
"Then the rumors are true, master?"
"We don't know that for sure just yet child."
"Who are you people?" I asked. "And where are my friends?!"
Ian regarded me. "Oh where are my manners? This is Julie Colthearts. And I'am Ian Darkwood. As to where your friends are, you needn't worry about them. I assure you they are quite all right."
"What is the place and why are you keeping us here?!" I asked him again.
"Now, now. All your questions will be answered later. You can calm down my dear, we mean you no harm." He said in reply
"How can I be sure of that?"
He smiled. "Well you didn't wake up chained inside a dungeon now did you? Release our guest Julie. The Master is waiting for us."
"As you wish master." Julie replied and the aura around her hand disappeared. I was able to move again but this time I didn't run. First I need to know what's going on. I looked at Ian. He gestured that I walk first.
"Come along now dear. Your friends are probablly with the Master by now."
