As we were walking to The Iceberg Lounge I had a strange feeling in the pit of my stomach. It was a good thing I did too, because someone wanted to crash our date. My thoughts were interrupted by Bruce tapping my shoulder.
"Is everything ok? You seem nervous about something." He asks worriedly.
"I'm fine. I-I just have a strange feeling in the pit of my stomach. That's it. I promise." I say.
He gives me a look that says he knows there's something else, but he drops it. After a few minutes of silence there was a loud crashing noise. We turned in a panic to see none other than Harley. Well shit. She already knocked me out does she really have to ruin my date too?
"Hello there citizens of Gotham. I'm in a little predicament you see, my 'boyfriend' is hurt. You can either help me willingly or I can make you help." Harley says in an obnoxious tone.
Bruce and I exchange a look and we decide to not go willingly, which basically meant not at all.
"Hello there...lady. I'm Bruce and I'm very sorry but we need to go. I would love to help, but we have dinner reservations. I'm sorry."
"Well you don't really have a choice." Harley said.
"Actually, we do." I said as I shoved her down. "Leave us alone Harley."
"Who are you?!" She spat.
"Someone who can kick your ass if you don't get out of here." I hissed. She got the message.
"Let's get going." I say to Bruce.
"Yeah. Let's go."
