Snake Part2

Well you were

You were the one who made me whole

You were the one who kept me out of the black hole

You were the one who I cried about

You were the one I lied about

You were the one I planned a future with

You were the one I wanted to u-haul with

You were the keeper of my heart

But now it's been torn apart

You were the reason for the smile on my face

Now you are the reason for the frown

You were the holder of my secret

I should have known you couldn't keep it

You were a friend

But I was just you're bank

You were the missing piece

Now your the lost piece

You the barrier keeping me standing tall

But now I see that you were the war tearing me down.

You are the hours I will never get back

You are the snake hiding in the grass.
