Mary: I can't believe I've stayed here for 2 months already
Riker: maybe you could stay in California
Mary: are you joking? My aunt is in Ohio and i miss her like crazy! I can't just leave her
Riker: can she stay in California with you?
Mary: heck no...she refuses to leave the state for some reason...and she would want to spend my 18th birthday with me.
Riker: that's right your birthday is on the day after you leave California
Mary: yup...we're breaking the law

Mary: I'm not officially an adult but my boyfriend is
