Chapter 5: Chloe

Chloe's POV

"Julie I'm here!" I yelled when I walked in her house.

"Up here!" She yelled back. I ran upstairs to her room.

"Hey girl," I said plopping down on her bed.

"Hey," Julie said sadly.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Bella thinks I'm her mom."

I didn't even know what to say. "Well why?" I asked What's wrong with you stupid your her best friend  My mind was screaming at me.

"You know why," Julie said clearly annoyed.

"Yeah I know, sorry."
"I just can't believe it I mean I'm only sixteen, and I'm already pretty much a mom," she said and started crying.

"Aww it'll be okay," I said giving her a hug. I hate hugs so this really means something.

"Thanks Chloe. So when's you're date?" She asked.

"Ummm probably next Friday," I answered. My heart is screaming I wish it was today, but my brain is saying stay as far away from him as you can.

"Why so long awayyyyyy!" She asked dragging out the y in away.

"Because something is telling me to completely ignore him when another part is screaming go for it," I explained.

"If I were you I'd listen to the part that's screaming," Julie said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"I am next week," I said getting up.

"Where you going?" Julie yelled.

"To go see my favorite person in the whole wide world!" I yelled back. Which is totally Sam.

"I thought that was me!" She yelled back acting hurt.

"Nope it's Sammy!" I yelled and ran to Sam's room.

"Sammy get up!" I yelled bouncing on his bed. I know he's supposed to be in bed but I'm here so who cares?

"Chloe?" He asked sitting up rubbing his eyes.

"Yeah, miss me?" I asked smiling. He's my absolute favorite one of Julie's siblings.

"Yeah!" He yelled getting up and hugging me.

"Shhh! You're brother and sister are sleeping," I whispered. I know it's weird but Julie says that if they don't go to bed at like 7:30 they'll never get up.

"Why are you here?" He asked.

" Can't I visit my favorite person in the whole wide world?" I asked fake hurt.

"Yeah, so what are we going to do?" He asked.

"Well I was thinking we could go watch Spongebob," I said. He nodded and we ran downstairs.

At 10:30 we went back upstairs.

Next Morning

I was making pancakes and bacon.

"Is that bacon I smell?" Julie asked running downstairs.

"Yeppers!" I saw kinda cheerful for my being a morning person.

"Who are you and what did you do with my best friend?" She asked.

"Nothing and I'm her sweetie," I said patting her head.

"Sam, Bella, Matt get up!" Julie yelled upstairs.

"Morning Chloe," Sam said hugging me.

We spent the rest of the morning playing games, watching TV, and chilling.
