Let's get this straight. Ug. Fa. But. Lo.
That's about as far as I've gotten to explaining the events of last night and my naivety to them.
He took me on a date.
Without taking me on a date.
Think about it, here is a normal day date.
1. Fun activity, usually involving something active.
2. Dinner at a restaurant or home.
3. An after dinner activity.
4. A movie or if more intimate snuggling.
5. A kiss.Our night.
1. Surfing.
2. Dinner.
3. Rides.
4. movie.
5. Removal of sauce.OK maybe I sugar coated that last one but you know.
And now I am unbelievably angry.
That's why i have coffee in my hand. I know that's slightly odd but it's a habit of mine to drink coffee when I'm angry, weird right? Also when I'm trying to suss things out.
I haven't left my room, that's the problem with sharing a house with someone else, you will always run into them.
But that's also the beauty of having a lock on your door.
He's tried to, quote 'talk to me' but I have headphones for a reason.Anyway your probably wondering how I got coffee, well, don't call me weird, but I have a secret stash under my bed.
In case you know, um... Zombie apocalypse?
Well that just got awkward.
...
Leaving that subject, I'm basically waiting for him to leave the house. But if he doesn't hurry his lazy butt up the window will look rather tempting.
I lay back on the cushions I have bordering the top of my bed and try to fall into a relaxed state of mind.
Think relaxing things d, I mean Ellen.Puppies,
Grass fields,
Ocean,
Coffee,
WHAT THE HELL IS HE WAITING FOR, CHRISTMAS?Suddenly I hear a jingle of keys, quite like wind chimes and a door swing open, FOOD TIME!
I bolt down the wooden stairs and into the kitchen where I stuff my face with bacon and eggs.
(Damien obviously didn't finish his as they were sitting on a plate at the table with a glass of juice and a nice vase of flowers.)
I figure I should probably get out, as not to waste a day to myself.
I dress and run a brush through my hair.
Actually it's more like I referee a wrestling mash between brush and hair but you know what I mean.
Once I'm ready I grab my purse and keys locking the doors a I step out of the house.
It's been a while since I went for a run so I ditch the car and jog along the footpath.
The smell of the ocean fills my nose as I look out at the beach, then turn my head again at the thought of seeing Damien here. Looks like I'm going into town.
I pick up my pace and take a left towards surfers and decide to sit on a park bench quite far from our house.Thinking about last night, I realise I went through it in a stage of shock, after he... He.. Removed my sauce,
Oh that sounds even worse doesn't it?
After he kissed me I ran down to my room and slammed the door.
I tried not to think of the kiss in detail, as it was just that a kiss.
But it wasn't just a kiss, it revealed that he still had feelings for me and well....
The way it made my skin burn up, my heart pound, my feet feel like they had been lifted off the ground.
It revealed that I might just still have feelings for him too.
No. Can't be.
I need something, no someone to take my mind off him.
I walk down the road, spotting an ice cream store.
I enter the store and take a seat watching the waiter waltz around the tables.
He looked about the same age as me with a black curly hat of hair and emerald eyes.
Time for some fun.
