Phil turns the key in the lock to his and Dan's new apartment. Dan walks into the apartment first, and gasps at the sight in front of him.
Before Phil had left to pick up Dan he had sprinkled loads of red rose petals across the floor all around the apartment, and Dan couldn't believe his eyes at the romantic sight in front of him.
"I would have lit candles but I didn't want to burn our apartment down before we moved in" Phil chuckled, as he slowly pushes past Dan so he is in the apartment's corridor facing the gobsmacked man.
"Why have you done this?" Dan just about manages to stammer out, and Phil gets down on one knee.
"I know we haven't been 'dating' for that long, but I want to prove to you that I love you. We don't have to do t straight away, but will you make it official and do me the honour of becoming my husband?" Phil asks Dan, who is stood frozen solid in shock.
"I-I" Dan manages to stammer out, but realising he won't be able to speak he just nods his head as a response. Phil beams and quickly hops back up, embracing Dan with a passionate hug and kiss.
"I'll go get a ring" Phil whispers into Dan's ear, "make things official"
