Tamakis POV
"YOU'VE BEEN WHAT!" I yelled. I can't believe this, how can I? How could anyone? Brooke had been running since she was a little kid. Her mom is gone and some how while in the process of all this running her mom was able to gather up enough money to pay for Brooke to go to Ouran.
"Running Tamaki. Also...I kinda live in the schools basement." She said nonchalantly. She acted like this was a normal thing that people discussed on an everyday basis.
"The basement why what a lovely place to," I started," WAIT! WHAT!! PRINCESSES DON'T LIVE IN BASEMENTS!!!!!"
Brookes POV
Well, this is a learning experience. One, I know never to tell Tamaki anything drastic never and mean NEVER again. He freaks out to much. Two, I found out that the most annoying thing someone can ever do to me is call me princess. God you'd think by spilling out all the shit i've been trough that calling me such a...prissy name was offensive. I'm far from being a princess and I always will be.
"Brooke?" Tamaki urged.
"Yes?" I said giving him a puzzling look.
"Brooke, I said your coming to live with me." He announced.
"Say what?" I yelled.
"That's right. A nice cozy mansion, warm food, security, and...." He said.
" And?" I said raising my eyebrow.
" Me!" He smiled. I shook my head and looked down to my hands. How could he be so happy at a time like this? But dude...a new place to live out of that stuffy old basement would be great. But living with Tamaki! THAT WOULD BE INSANE!!!
"No." I spat at him.
"No? NO! How can you possibly say no, princess?" He asked surprised.
Before I could even think of what to say my lips began to move," First of all don't call me princess. I'll kick your butt and I'm sure the president of the host club would love everybody to know that he got his ass handed to him by a girl. Secondly, I don't take hand outs. I didn't when I was little and I won't now. Last but not least, you know Tamaki. Now that you do you can't be seen with me outside of school. This was a big enough risk going to the hospital with you." His smile disappeared and was replaced with a ' nobodies home' look.
"A young lady shouldn't talk like that." I looked at him about to yell at him for scolding me, but he had a smile on his face. He'd been joking.
" You know, your hard to read at times." I sighed.
"I know. It's just that i've never met a girl with such an...expressive vocabulary,"He smiled, "What happened to the sweet shy girl that I go to school with." Sweet, shy girl? Oh geez. Was this what flirting was.
" It...uh...was an act, Tamaki. I had to seem normal and less out of place then I already was." I explained.
"Oh,"He nodded," Is that why your blushing?" He teased.
"I'm not blushing!" I snapped my cheeks heating up. Shit. He won.
"So, when will you be moving in?" He asked, starting the car.
"Tomorrow..." I sighed.
So....now everyone get's to see the real Brooke...she's intense right! I hope everyone doesn't yell at me for her being on the defensive side. I mean you would too after Tamaki yelled at you and you had to explain everything to him. Hope you like it XD
