Jason's POV:
It was my first day of school and I was pretty nervous. I had already messed up at every school in Manhattan willing to give me a chance and Brooklyn was next. I intended to graduate from this school and nothing, nothing was going to stop me. I got there late, around lunch and walked up to the first person I saw, a scowling girl who looked like she could beat the shit out of me. She was blonde and tan her mouth set in a cruel scowl. She was clad in black from her Nirvana t-shirt to her combat boots. She was reading a book, something about catching rye? I was polite enough at first, trying to see if she would help me find the main office and she just blew me off without even looking up. But this girl was going to help me wether she like it or not so I stood there, tapping my foot. She finally sighed got up and turned around, she gasped, looking up at me. She was about 5'1 so I towered over her at 6 feet even. Now you've got to help me I thought. And help me she did. The girl smiled at me and asked if there was anyway she could help me. The girl, Rosalyn, I discovered her name was, sounded slightly annoyed but looked like she was trying her best to be polite. I introduced myself as Jason, because after-all that is my name, and she led me to the main office. This, is going to be an amazing school year.
