To never bully anyone
If we saw someone being bullied
Tell an adult
A teacher, a parent

When your mind becomes
The biggest bully of all

Phrases worse than anyone else
Could have dreamed of
Who do you tell then?
Teacher, my mind called me ugly
My brain called me fat
Mother, my head told me that I'm a slut
Your teacher can't give
your brain a detention
Your mother can't tell
Your mind to go to a time-out
You will have to deal with this
All by yourself

Beat up by your thoughts
