Chapter 27[Frustraing As Heck]

It was around four in the afternoon. Nothing had come for gamma radiation which frustrated me a bit so I lowered the level search, since I didn't really know Bruce's level of gamma he has in him.

I've been crossing out HYDRA base after HYDRA base after doing some more research on them. That helped narrow down some bases but not enough, there were too many bases known of SHIELD and maybe even more unknown to SHIELD.

"Ma'am Director Furry is in the main lobby." Alize informed me and I clenched my fists.

"JARVIS is there a meeting room in this tower?"

"Yes ma'am." He answered.

"Send Fury into the meeting room, tell him I'll be a bit late." With that I went towards the work tables to the right side of the room.

While waiting for things to load I had made a few weapons in my spare time. I made these weapons with basic things like bobby pins, hair ties, jewelry, the basic things. I used the dangerous hair tie and tied my blond hair back into a pony tail.

Entering the elevator I slid the black dagger into the inside pocket of my black vest. As the doors opened to the meeting room Director Fury was looking out of the window, my hands went behind my back, my face going blank.

"You've got lots of balls to come here Fury." He turned around, also with a blank expression. "After what you tried to do last time." I stood a few feet away from him.

"How are you Miss Stark?"

"Other than me having to wake up with my very own arc reactor? Dandy." He nodded his head slightly.

"Where are the Avengers?" Nick asked as he walked a bit closer towards me.

"Somewhere in a HYDRA base." He narrowed his eye at me, checking to see if I was telling the truth.

"How did that happen?" Just by that one question I knew he was blaming me for whatever happened.

"Don't know. One minute I'm sleeping in my bed and the next I'm waking up in the air vents. HYDRA had somehow got the jump on us all, took the Avengers down with a single gas and dragged them away without any trace."

"You don't know?" He asked, I could tell he was getting reasons to blame me.

"Correct, I don't know. But what I do know is I'm going to do everything in my power to get them back."

"How will you do that Miss Stark? By hacking into SHIELD?"

"Like I said, I'll do anything in my power to get them back here. Even if that includes hacking into SHIELD." Nick nodded his head a bit.

"You realize that hacking into SHIELD is against the law?" And there it is. Another stupid reason to lock me up or kill me.

"I don't give a crap Fury." My anger sudden ran throughout my veins. "I don't give a crap about you're stupid reasons to kill or lock me up. I don't care what you do to me. What I do care for is getting my only family back home. When they are back I don't care what you do to me, lock me up fine, kill me, I'm fine with that as well. You speak of me as a threat yet nothing bad ever comes from me. If you're looking for a threat go out into the world. There are millions of threats that you're people could handle at this very moment."
