It's okay to be sad.
It's okay to cry.
You can't keep those feelings inside.
Think about it.
Imagine you're holding a glass of water out in front of you.
At first its not heavy and you keep it in your hand with you.
But the longer you hold it, the weaker your arm becomes.
The harder it is to hold.
