Shannen's POV
I sighed heavily as I stood up and took a shower. Then changed into some clothes as usual. " Honey, can you help me with this?", she said startling me. I jumped in fright. " I'll be down in a sec mum.", I replied while fixing my hair. I took a last look at the mirror and went downstairs. " Hey, mum what's all this for?", I asked her. " Oh, I forgot to tell you, your aunt Lily's coming over tonight.", she said as she tasted the sauce she just made. " You mean the whole family?", I asked as I took a water bottle. "Yeah, it's gonna be fun tonight", she said in happiness as she stuffed and dressed her chicken. " You can invite your friend over", she said as I got confused of who she was talking about. "Silly, your guy friend, Harry", she said as she put her pie in the oven. what is she serious, she's inviting Harry for diner. Well that's a first. " uhmm okay, I better call him", I said and dialled his number.
*ringring
"Hello?", he said with his raspy voice. " Uhmm hey, Harry uhmm my mum is inviting you for diner this evening, are you free?", I said while looking at my mother as she smiled widely at me. pretty scary I thought. " yeah, yeah definitely.", he said in approval. " 7 pm sharp okay" , I said in a giggly voice. " Bye, I love you", he said in his sexy voice. opps. "Bye, love you too", I said and hung up. I didn't even realise my mum heard our conversation. She smiled widely again at me and laughed at my stupidness.
"Shannen, can you buy me this at ASDA", asked my mother as she showed me a bottle of dried pickles. "Sure mum, can I borrow your car?", I asked as she gave me her keys and said, " alright, now I don't want to see a single scratch on it.", she said and kissed my forehead. " And be safe.", she shouted as I went out and started her car. Well the car ride was boring and yeah short. As I entered ASDA, I began to look for those dried pickles. I searched and searched and finally found it but it was the last one, so I ran as fast as I could. Then I grabbed it with happiness. " uhmm excuse me, I think I saw that first.", said a guy with black hair and grey eyes as he attempt to take the bottle. " Uhmm no, I saw them first and there's evidence that I saw them first because I'm holding it.", I sassed at him. " Look, I don't wanna argue with you, just hand it over and nobody will get hurt.", he said threatening me. " Sorry buddy but I saw them first and that's final. ", I said as I walked away with the pickles. As I lined up someone whispered in my ear and said, " you sure are one brave babe". I turned around and saw the boy again ughh. "What's your name?", he asked in the most disgusting way. " uhmm sorry but I'm not interested in guys like you", I said sassily. " You sure are one naughty girl, you like to be punished do you?", he said as he tried to put his hands around my waist but failed. " Fuck off or I'll call the police, you don't know me buddy", I said as I got angry. " chill I was just kidding.", he said not bothering anymore. " That would be 30 euros ma'am ", the cashier said as I took out 50 euros in my purse. " Thank you ma'am", she said while giving me the change and the pickles. I walked to my car as fast as I could and thankfully that creep didn't see me or so I thought. I began to start the car and drove home. As I was driving I realised the car behind me has been following from the store. ehh maybe we just have the same way. As I was almost at my house, the car died aka no more gasoline, great just great. The car behind me stopped too. I got scared so I locked all the doors of my car plus it was already dark outside. I took my phone and was about to dial mum's phone when..." Hey, I see your car's not working wanna catch a ride?", a guy in black said as I hid my phone in my bra. " uhmm no no, I'm fine.", I said as I was getting worried. " No you're not, c'mon , we won't hurt you", he said in his creepy voice. " I said I'm fine", I spoke out as he got a bit mad. " okay", he said and walked away or so I thought. pew I said to myself not knowing that the guy came up again with his friend and asked me again, " it's free, now c'mon ", he said loudly. I got scared and replied, " no seriously I'm fine." But that wasn't the answer he wanted to hear. He then looked back and I thought he was leaving but then he tried opening the front door but it was locked and so he grabbed his piece of metal and tried breaking the window but the window was made out of the finest glasses.I then got worried and tried to scream for help but no one could hear me. As he was about to punch window, someone stopped him. It was ... Harry ?
" Try and dare touch my girl and I will kill you", he said in his very angry voice as he pointed at the guy. The guy laughed at him and tried to throw a punch at Harry but Harry was fast and missed it. Harry then delivered a punch straight to the guys face. Wow he really can fight, I said stunned as I took my phone and dialled 911. The guy then punched Harry in the stomach as Harry laid in the ground in pain. I screamed as Harry fell. I then got out of my car and went to Harry. I kneeled down as I held Harry's head. " Shannen, get out of here, look for help please , get yourself safe.", he said with pain in his voice. " No Harry, I'm not leaving you", I said as tears blurred my vision. The guy then took out his gun and pointed at me and Harry. Then boom was the last thing I heard before my vision turned pitch black.
