Harry's POV

"I think I should go now Shannen because mum called in saying she's in town.", I said as we were in the kitchen with her mum and dad. " Are you sure Harry, you don't want breakfast?", Mrs. Maixle asked. " Yes Mrs. Maxile and Thank you but I have to go now", I said. " Alright boy, have a safe drive", Mr. Maxile said and waved his hand. "I'll be back I promise baby", I said to Shannen as I went out.

As I was on my way to my car, I noticed that I've left my keys in Shannen's room. I went back to get my keys. "I'm so proud of you Shannen, that you've decided to go out with a great lad like Harry", guessing it was Mr. Maxile who said it. " uhmm thanks", Shannen agreed. "Oh there he is", Mr. Maxile said as he gestured towards me. "What happened?", Shannen asked. " I left my keys in your room", I responded. "Ohh okay, I'll come with you then", she said towards me. "Excuse me mum, dad", she said as she went with me.

"So, your father thinks I'm a great lad hah.", I said while doing my happy dance. "He loves you so much babe, he even wants to marry you", she said sarcastically. " Ohhh come on baby, don't tell me you're jealous", I teased her. She just glared at me.As we were walking towards her room, I whispered in her ear and said, " You know, you're the only one who I belong to" and I kissed her temple. She giggled as we reached her room and started looking for my keys.

Luckily it only took us 10 minutes to find it. We gladly walked downstairs, hand in hand. I kissed her one last time as I said my goodbyes and went out towards my car. I waved her goodbye and started my engine and went off.

The drive was not that interesting tho, same old same old. As I got back to my flat, I could hear my mother's voice singing to the tune that was on the radio. I walked up towards my door and entered. "Just the way you are", she sang as she danced across the kitchen not even noticing my presence. As she was dancing, she got startled when she realised I was standing there. " Oh my god, you startled me. Anyways, how are you?", she asked as I tried my best not to laugh but failed. " uhmm I was just at my friend's house, I'm okay, you?", I said as I kissed her cheeks. "I'm good, so how is my little boy's love life?", she asked as she cooed. "Well...", she didn't even let me finish. "I want you to meet someone tonight", she said. "uhmm well actually", she didn't let me finish again. "No buts and that is final, I don't want my little boy alone", she said as she turned the radio off. I gasped as I couldn't believe she would actually thought I was alone.

-That Night-

"Harold are you done now?", mum asked. "Just a sec mum", I shouted as I fixed my bow tie and looked at the mirror one last time. "Done", I said as I walked out of my room. "Finally, now come on, we don't want to be late do we", she said as went out of the house and got in her car. She started the engine and took off. "You will love her son, I promise you", she said squealing. My mum just gave me a blind date and is expecting me to like this girl like hello I have a girlfriend.

We arrived at the 'Barbecoa' restaurant. Mum stopped the engine and walked out of the vehicle. I also walked out of it and followed her inside. We were greeted by a man in a suite and a blonde girl who I thought was the girl who my mum talked about."Harry, this is Carl Levon and his niece Kayla", mum said. "uhmm hi, I'm Harry", I said awkwardly and gave my hand for them to shake it. "Kayla", she said smiling and shook my hand.

"Shall we", Carl said and leaded us to their table. It wasn't that far tho. As we arrived at the table, I noticed Kayla kept on smirking at me. Weird. We were all seated and when I could feel someone's leg kept on rubbing mine. I got startled and jumped a little, little enough for me not to get noticed. I looked up and saw Kayla sexually smirking at me. But I just shrugged it off. The waiter then arrived and took our orders. As the waiter was asking for our orders, Kayla seductively bit her lip and again smirked.
