The shuttle touched down a little ways from the jungle landscape. A figure walked out of the shuttle wrapping his dark cloak closely around him. Quickly taking in his surroundings, he walked towards the treeline.
The figure quickly pulled out his holocommunicater and the image of a Kaleesh flickered.
"Lord Xalek," the cloaked figure bowed his head. "I have arrived on Drakoon."
"Good," the Kaleesh's low voice spoke, devoid of emotion. "Master will be pleased. Your mission is to find a means to give the Sith Empire the upper hand against the Republic . If you fail, don't bother coming back, Krell. Xalek out." With those parting words the image faded.
Krell returned his holo to his belt. A means to give the Empire an upper hand? He began walking towards the treeline. Better place to start than any.
As Krell entered the jungle, a horrid aroma filled his nostrils. The smell of decay desecrated his nose and he had to step back. A large alien beast was laying before him, mutilated and decaying.
Recovering from the shock, he knelt down and examined the beast. A strange four legged monstrosity he had never seen the likes of. At least not on Korriban. He barely noticed the slashes in its hide.
"Whatever did this could always come back," he whispered as he grabbed the hilt of his lightsaber for comfort.
He was Sith. Apprentice to a member of the Dark Council. He will not be intimated by some primitive natives. He stood up and looked around. Nothing but trees surrounded the Sith.
Krell closed his eyes and called on the Force, bending it to his will. Just as he did before on Dromund Kaas when he saw Drakoon in a vision. Suddenly he felt a pulling sensation.
Opening his eyes, Krell began to go in the direction of the pull. He began to quicken his pace as the pull became stronger, practically dragging him. As he made his way towards the pull he sensed a presence dart at him from his left.
Quickly igniting his lightsaber, he blocked the incoming attack. His crimson blade hummed with excitement as it hungered for blood. Krell took a look at the creature that attacked him. It was a large hairy lizard like humanoid. It wielded a vibroblade and seemed to be quite agile.
Again the beast dart for him, faster then he expected, and caught him off balance. Krell quickly regained his footing and called upon the Force to quicken his movements, countering the beasts attack. Now regaining focus the Sith pressed forward with a furry of blows, each complimenting the last as if it were a fluid dance.
The beast, however matched his strikes with precise accuracy, keeping up with Krell. The sound of blades colliding filled the air and as the fight drew on the anger inside Krell grew.
How was a mindless beast matching his every attack? This ends now! Krell quickly used the Force to let out a current of lighting towards the beast. The beast easily blocked the attack, however it failed to realize it as a diversion as a crimson blade severed both of its hands.
The beast fell to its knees before the young Sith, screaming in pain. Krell smirked at the beasts suffering, fed upon it. The beast turned its eyes to him, a look of defeat filled its eyes. Eyes that soon went cold as the head they were attached to rolled away.

As the Force guided him to who knows where, Krell began to feel exhaustion creep over him. He hated the feeling. He wished it was easily killed as that beast was mere hours ago. He made way to a small, empty cave to take shelter in.
As Krell slumped into the cave, he took out a small sensor and placed it at the cave entrance. He then went to the back and closed his eyes, focusing on the feeling exhaustion he wished to be rid of.
As he drifted into the realm of slumber, visions began to appear to him. Figures dressed in robes, more of those beasts, and an artifact. A flash of green and blue. Then red. The Imperial fleet. His master. Then darkness.

Krell finally felt as if he was getting close to were he was being led. The trees and vines then made way to a large temple. Krell looked it over in surprise.
"This place is bigger than the Sith Academy!" He whispered in awe. He quietly began to head towards the entrance, and into the dark below.
