Chapter 13

Camila's pov

"So I see you're up," Kris says, walking in. "I was beginning to think you passed out or something"

"Even if I did, you wouldn't care so what's the point" I hissed at her, rolling my eyes.

"I suppose you're right" She swiftly makes her way to the corner picking up a napkin. "What the hell!?"

Every morning so far, Anthony aka Ant would sneak in here before dawn to feed me. This has been going on for some days now, we would just sit and eat the food that he would cook up for us and talk, getting to know each other more. He kinda reminds me of someone but I don't know who.

"What? Never seen a damn napkin before?" I sarcastically asked.

"So hostile, this morning are we," she says, putting the napkin in her pocket.

"Bite me" I growled at her. "If I wasn't tied up, I swear I would rip your throat out," I tell her, struggling against the chains.

"Oh honey, you don't scare me" She dismissed, pulling something out from behind her back.

"What is that?" I asked looking at the sharp needle in her hand. Kris only ignored me. "Hello, earth to Kris what the hell is that thing?" I asked again when I didn't get an answer.

"What? Never seen a damn needle before?" She mocked. "But don't you worry your pretty little head about it," she tells me, walking towards me with the needle. "Now, you will feel a little pinch"

"Hey, get away from me with that thing!!" I yell kicking at her.

"Now, now Camila don't fight it," she says, holding it up to my neck. Before Kris could inject me with whatever it was she was trying to inject me with, She was interrupted by the door swinging opening.

"Kris, something has come up," Ant tells her, looking at me with a worried gaze then back to her.

"What is it!?" She questioned him, moving away from me.

"Demi has somehow blown up the woods again" he sighs. Kris looked to me, then back to ant. "Watch her" she ordered him and I was left with ant. "She's gonna be piss when she sees everything is ok" he laughs. "Are you ok? did she hurt you or anything?" He asked, observing me.

"Yea yea, I'm fine," I tell him. "Who's Demi?" I questioned thinking about the name he mentioned a few seconds ago.

"My sister"

"You have a sister!!?" I asked shocked.

"Well, technically she's not my biological sister, but I took her in when she was only a kid" he explains to me. "Every since then, we've been like family"

"Well, where are her actual parents?"

"She ran away from them"

"Why?"

".. it's not my place to say," He says with a sad look.

"What about you? Where are your parents?" Ant looked up at me with his big brown sparkling eyes, smiling fondly at me.

"They're still alive and well. They were separate for some time now, but they're both fine" he tells me, his smile never leaving his face. "I'm close with my mom now"

"And what about your dad? Are you close with him as well?"

"I have two moms" He proudly says. "But I have yet, to meet my other mom"

"Meaning?"

"I can only see a little glimpse of her"

Before I could ask what he meant by that, he continued to talk.
