Chapter 17

Liz's P.O.V
I was led outside the club and we drove to the right place.

Sebastian was pretty silent through the car ride.I guess I shattered his ego with my moves.That made me smile.

We passed the Grey mansion and came to a stop 5 minutes after that.

"Come on."Sebastian said unbuckling his seatbelt.

It was in the middle of nowhere.There was a creepy looking barn and that was it.

"Where are you taking me?"I asked suspiciously.

Sebastian rolled his eyes at me.
"It will be fine."He said as he held my hand and dragged me.

As we entered there was nobody there,it was dark and dingy.

Chase crouched on the floor and knocked in a pattern.
Suddenly the trap door opened.And now I could hear songs and people.

I was pretty impressed.In the little light,I saw Sebastian smirking at my reaction.

He led me down with a firm hand on my waist.
"This is the real deal.I don't know what you did at the Steele's but here we are a family and they won't be very happy to see you.So stay real close."He whispered as we went down.

Suddenly two bouncers appeared in front of us,they saw Sebastian and cleared the velvet rope for us.

As he led me down through the crowd,though there was not much as people had started clearing when they saw him.
He was their alpha.

The girls were glaring daggers at me but I was not sure why,because I was a Steele or because Sebastian had a protective arm around my waist.

Sebastian almost led us till the end if the basement and stopped.
Marco raised his hand and suddenly the music stopped.

"Guys!I'm very proud to say that we are the most dangerous gang in North America.-"The people cheered.
"I have an announcement to make.Today,we are welcoming a new addition to our gang..This is Elizabeth Steele who you know better as the "the Ghost"."

There was a shush at my name.The atmosphere was suddenly changed.

"Just like all of us,she passed a test.Just ask Cale."Sebastian said as Cale or Nick as I knew him defeatedly nodded.

All the whispers began again.I felt almost half the room shooting daggers at me.But I just held my head high.

I could hear James and Nikos's name among the whispers even Matt's.

This is not the time to grieve,I told myself.

"Let's celebrate.Enjoy."Sebastian shouted and the DJ resumed the music.

"That went good."I said sarcastically.

Marco just looked at me sympathetically.Sebastian was already busy with someone and Chase could care less.

"I know I had seen you before.I just would not have placed you as the Ghost."Cale said from behind me.

"Yep.That's me."I said almost shouting.

He pointed to the bar and dragged me with him as he held my hand.The bar was a different section so the music was not as loud here.
