Kitty was confused. Adrien had admitted he loved her a couple days back. That had brought the biggest smile to her face. She had never heard those words from anyone. No even her mom said she loved Kitty. Kitty’s mom would just call her trash then beat her senseless. When she heard those words from Adrien her whole world light up with an unknown light. Kitty couldn’t respond to Adrien immediately. She needed time to think about his response and when Kitty was finally ready to tell Adrien she figured out that Adrien was just joking. Why would he do something like that? It smashed Kitty’s heart into tiny glass like pieces. Kitty swore to herself to never let her feeling reach Adrien. Adrien has to say it again, for real this time. Kitty couldn’t stop talking to him though, so with a heavy heart, Kitty continued to talk to Adrien and try her best to mask her feelings.
