“…Justin?” Sam looked to the boy with wide-eyed wonder as he stared back at her with shock and confusion in his blue oceanic eyes. He handed her the textbook, their hands touching just barely but yet a thousand sparks flew between the two.
“Hey, Sam,” He gave her a smile, one that warmed her heart. She missed that smile, she had missed him so much. Pulling him into a breath-taking hug, she began to giggle in excitement.
"What are you doing here?" She asked as she pulled away to look into his eyes.
"A scholarship came to my apartment," He began, a few tears rolling down his eyes as he saw the girl's pure happiness. "Someone paid for me to go here for the next two years."
Sam's smile widened, "Justin...I've missed you."
"I've missed you too, Sam. Every single day," He whispered as the two pulled into a soft kiss. They stood for a bit, completely lost in each other. Sam felt a tap on her shoulder and Mr. Western stood behind them, glaring at them from behind his thin, square shaped glasses. Sam straightened herself up and looked into the man's eyes, waiting for his statement that he was sure to give.
Mr. Western was an almost intimidating man. He had a completely bald and shiny head, he always wore a brown or tan suit that matched his bland personality, and of course those skin crawling, hazel eyes that could make your heart stop if you looked at them too long.
"Miss Hensworth," The principal began as he stood closer to her, looking down at her like a misbehaving toddler. "What is the Lenchester policy?"
"...No personal displays of affection in the hallways or classrooms," Sam said, looking down to the her lace-ups, beginning to click her heels together in nervousness.
"And what happens to those student that don't follow this rule," He asked, glaring at the girl and crossing his arms.
God, he's worse then Reed, Sam thought to herself as she took in breath to answer his question. "The student's parent or guardian is called to the school and must having a meeting with you about their disruptive behavior."
"Well," Mr. Western began. "You certainly know the rules and regulations of this school, don't you? As did your brother, but he was never a smoocher in the halls like you are...I'm sure he won't be too pleased with my phone call to him...on the first day of all days."
"Sir," Sam said, letting out a small sigh, looking almost ashamed. She knew he was right, Reed would not pleased with her at all. "We seriously don't need to bring my brother into this... Can't you just give me detention for a week or something?"
"I'm sorry, young lady," He said as he pulled out a pen and paper, writing himself a reminder to call Reed later. "I will be informing him of your behavior and I will be having a meeting with him so this doesn't become a regular thing."
Before Sam could protest, he was stalking off to yell at other students in the hallway who were playing with an iPod. Sam looked back at Justin, worry still in her eyes.
"We are so screwed..." She whispered.

It was a pretty typical morning at Hensworth Real Estate. Everything going smoothly and all things going according to plan. Nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary.
Reed sat, at his desk, going over some sales stats, glasses on and a cup of steaming coffee resting in front of him. His black suit jacket was hung up on a coat rack to the far left of the desk and his white, button-up sleeves were rolled up to his elbows. Sitting in the silence, he could hear the slight sound of car horns from the city below.
The silence then was abruptly interrupted by a loud buzzing from his intercom.
"Sir, David Western is on the line for you. He says it is important...involving your sister," Jackie, his secretary, said through the speaker. Instantly thinking that Sam was in trouble, he grew nervous.
"Yes, let him through," Reed breathed out as he set down his paperwork. "David? What's going on?"
"Good afternoon, Mr. Hensworth," Mr. Western began. "I am calling in regards to Samantha. It seems that she has broken one of our school policies today, sir."
"And which policy would this be," Reed said, starting to feel anger building up inside of him.
"Um...kissing in the hallway," Mr. Western said, knowing that the young man was angry already. "The main reason that I am calling is to schedule a meeting for after school and-"
"Who...was she kissing," Reed said through clenched teeth, hoping the answer was not who he thought it was.
"I didn't recogonize the boy," The principal replied. "He had blond hair that swept over his face and blue eyes, a little taller then Samantha...that's all I really recall."
"What time should I be there?" Reed said, already thinking of the punishment that he was going to give to his sister.

Sam and Justin sat in Mr. Western's office, after school that day. While most of the other students were yelling and laughing as they left the private school building, Sam and Justin were completely silent. Mr. Western sat at his desk and was playing around on his computer. Justin looked over to Sam and they exchanged a nervous glance.
There was a knock at the door and Reed slowly opened it. Sam tried to avoid looking at him as he entered into the room.
"Ah, Mr. Hensworth, please take a seat and we can get this meeting going," Mr. Western greeted and he gestured towards the chair that rested next to Sam. Reed slowly sat down and glared over at Sam as she continued to look away from him.
"You," Reed whispered to her, almost growling. "Are in so much trouble..."
