Chapter Four

Chapter 4: Is this for real?!

CL's POV

*SLAM*

"Get up Princess~ You have to go to school~"

"No thanks dad... I wanna stay at home today..." I replied still half asleep.

"Awwww~ C'mon darling~ A guy came to fetch you... what was his name again? Ummm... Ah! Marcus Smith! I approve of him!" WHAT?!

"FVCK NO!!" I screamed as I shot up. "Language my dear~ Now stand up and get ready~" Shit!

Why would the one and only Marcus Smith! Come and fetch me? He must be planning something...

As soon as I was done getting ready, I went down carefully and saw Marcus sitting in the living room.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him coldly as I made my way to the kitchen to make some toast.

"C'mon babe. Can't I fetch my girl?" he said as he smirked.

"Girl my ass... What are you planning?" I said as I suspiciously looked at him.

"Look Cherry. I know you're mad but I'm sorry... I dated and flirted with Laina because she threatened to torture me if I didn't. But now, I'm not afraid. Look. Cherry, actually I.... Liked you from the first day of school. So.... please. Will you forgive me?" he said as he pleaded.

"I don't trust you" I glared at him. Who knows? It might be some kind of joke. But then, I still like him in a piece of my heart. I'm confused. The other side of me wants to forgive and forget, while the other doesn't trust him fully.

"It's what I was expecting. But hey! Give me three days for you to trust me! Please? The Valentines party will be this friday night right? It's Tuesday today so give me Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for you to trust me." he begged again.

I sighed and I nodded my head. He grinned happily and hugged me! I blushed and immediately started slapping him.

"AAAAHHHHHH!!!!! RAPIST!!" I screamed as loud as I can. He then let go of me.

"I agreed but I would prefer it if there was no skinship." I said as I glared at him again.

"Sorry..." he said awkwardly as he was scratching his the back of his head.

He went to his car and opened the door. "What?" I asked him.

"Get in!" he said while grinning. I rolled my eyes and went in. His car is pretty amazing... But not as cool as the cars my dad bought for me...

-In School-

I went out of Marcus' car and I felt the students staring at me.... Am I that bad that they won't even expect me in someone else's car?

As I was walking, I can hear them whispering things about me... I walked down the school hallway and saw Laina and her girls glaring at me. What bothered me was the fact that Juliet 

Laina walked up to me and slapped me on my face. Well not as hard as how I did.

"What are you doing riding in a car with my boyfriend?! Who do you think you are?!" she screamed.

I touched the part Laina slapped me. It stings... Shoot... She was about to slap me again when Marcus suddenly grabbed her arm.

"LAINA!!! We need to talk! NOW!!" he screamed at her. Laina looked scared and about to cry. Then he faced me.

"Cherry... Go ahead first... I'll have to talk with Laina first.." he said to me gently and dragged Laina somewhere forcefully.

I smiled slightly then went to my locker. Could he have really changed? For me? Eyyyy... Stop getting your hopes up for something that would probably never happen... Sigh...
